Yeah this season is going to be fucking crazy!!!! I read that youtube screenshot you posted of that guy commenting on how "predictable" the plot was getting and I had to laugh. Guy has no idea what is about to hit him.

Spoiler
NSFW:
So I'm trying to get my head around this. As I understand it guest right is a pretty important custom. To slaughter his guests like that... Wouldn't that mean no one is ever going to trust the Frey family ever again? Seriously no one is ever going to believe anything that family says again! I mean seriously would you accept a dinner invitation from the Freys? Ever?

A Frey Knight: "Hello good Ser care to dine with me at the Twins tonight?"

Random Knight: "Ummm... I'd rather eat a plate of leeches fresh from Roose Bolton's ball sack."

How can any family ally themselves with the Freys ever again after this? They pretty much destroyed their own reputation even amongst their new so called allies.

Well... (Books 1-5, very vague):

NSFW:
Freys make up some bullshit about how they were attacked, but it sounds like few people are buying it. There is a moment of win later on though.

NSFW:
They might include it at the end of season three, but they might save it for four, since they're breaking up the book into two seasons. We'll see.

you know i can't wait till they finished the tv series so i can start the books, after completion of which i can start reading this thread ;)

^^

book 1-5 spoilers

NSFW:
why would the red wedding come before tyrion's/trial/sansajoffery wedding?

we get a wedding in season three, whosever it is

If I recall correctly:

(Book #3):

NSFW:
First it was the King of the Iron Islands (Balon), then it was King of the North (Robb), and finally King of the Iron Throne (Joffrey).

Three leeches burned, remembered?

Now that I think about it:

NSFW:
The only King to survive the War of the Five Kings was Stannis.

is it weird to anyone else how much they go into renly being gay in the show?????
i'm about 1/4 into book 2.
it's odd to me.
the whole thing with uhm him and the knight of flowers.

also, i wish they showed more of the hound and sansa's relationship...
and also, i don't like how they cut out dragonstone and stannis's family.

boop.

before the last season, i thought, i'm going to wait until the whole season is out, so i can have a perfect day of just GoT and cannabis.

didn't happen that way.

hey everyone, meet mance rayder

CIARAN-HINDS_320x240.jpg

The biggest new Game of Thrones role is going to…
Ciarán Hinds!
The Rome actor has been cast as Wildling leader Mance Rayder, the King Beyond the Wall. Rayder has united the disparate clans of the Far North behind a single mission: To attack The Wall. He’s been frequently referenced (though unseen) in the HBO hit fantasy drama’s first two seasons. In the second season finale, undercover Night’s Watchman Jon Snow (Kit Harington) was being taken to meet Rayder.

While I wait for the next season, I've finally decided to start reading the books, I usually never read books ever but I'm totally hooked... It's unbelievably well written, loving all the extra detail missed from the show :)

From Reddit - if Hodor was a PoV character:

My mind raced. It was clear that something was amiss, and the wolves knew. Why did no one listen to the wolves? Was this part of my endless curse? To be willing to help, to warn, but to be unable? Trapped in this cage, only to observe the tragedy that was set to befall the family that has taken me in? The maesters should have known, but were blind. The knights could have helped, but did not know. It was up to me. It was my time to break my chains, and save the lives of so many. All I had to do was speak up and warn them.

"Hodor", I said. I have no mouth, and I must scream.
