fucking belly fat mother fucking pisses me off

Yeah, unnatural drugs are not the way.

I used to hold all my fat on my stomach. When I started eating the diet that was right for my body, my fat all went to my hips and ass and boobs and my body became so much more beautiful. Now it's hard for me to keep weight on. Well, not hard. It's just I'd have to eat as a full time job if I wanted to get fat.

My diet is gluten/corn/soy free, very little grains or legumes. My mom complained for years about her belly fat. She worked out for hours a day, literally. It wouldn't come off. I watched her complain and fret about this for most of my life. She only recently went mostly gluten/grain free and within a month she's lost 15 pounds and 4 inches around her waist.

It's so much more complex than counting calories.
 
lol when i get a gut goin from beers which i never used to as i was as fit as they come a few years back but now when i head back home and drink beers all day every day i get a gut (bloating more or less)its easy for me i just stop eating lol.
I have a hard time eating anyway,(cept not laitly for some reason)
but i do jest,,,it realy does work for me but i wouldnt tell anyone not to eat....im just screwin around....^^^^^^^^what they said.
 
heartburn and slight HPTA suppression is about it

they give it to children with wasting disease its a relatively benign anabolic.

Relatively benign... except for those three black-box warnings. (Peliosis Hepatitis, Hepatic Tumors, and lipid changes that contribute to atherosclerosis.)

Sign me up so I don't have to eat better and exercise ;)
 
Diet is 80% of the battle, others say it's 90%.

If you just watch your sodium and sugar intake then you can lose weight with minimal exercise. You won't be fit but you'll lose weight.
 
I can't figure it out. I overeat, stress out all the time, I'm addicted to sugar, hardly ever work out, and I skip breakfast. You would think I'd have rock hard abs by now.

But seriously, I just had an epiphany. It seems like all of the posts here are excellent ways to start working on the excess middle fat. I think you could mix and match advice from anyone here and start making progress. I think the real key is not doing any of the things I mentioned up there. ^
 
A lot a ppl call that a 'Bread Gut'. Cure would be stop eating bread : )

Am in the same boat I have a bigish belly nothing huge but it sticks out also have a bit of fat on my pecs but since I have increase my cardio (twice a week on the heavy bag but I have went from 5 6 2 min rounds to 8 to 10 3 min rounds) and am losein it all in my legs and waist but nothing any where else so I have decided to stop because if I lose any more I will just waste away lol
 
everyday I see people who put in time and effort working out trying to get rid of the ol tummy. Problem is normally a combination, but diet is the ESSENTIAL aspect to ever seeing abs.

Aside from diet - keep your heart rate in check while doing cardio, I've seen way to many people running full out, low impact for that fat loss.

Their are tons drugs for fat loss - I'm sure we know them well enough - only AAS I would say really seems to melt fat at the stomach would be trenbolone and while I love tren, would never EVER recommend using it for this purpose, if you don't compete or plan to it's not needed !

Also a bit of weight training can help because muscle burns fat.
 
sorry I disagree bro, I have done both, and gotten very lean, but straight fat burning low impact 45min am / pm - best results I've seenpersonally.

weight training goes without saying though absolutely !!

yes however you can substitute weight training with resistance work like push-ups, dips, sit-ups and squats which ends up giving the subject a much more natural and athletic looking bod, but its all worth jack if you keep shoving big macs or snickers bars down yer cake-hole!!! : )

P.s those exercises also mean no weights to have to buy or store and no gym membership to fork out for as well giving you more scratch to spend on yummier things ^_^

well if your bothered about spending money but want to build a bit of muscle look into traning with sandbags or beer kegs

not if you compete !! Haha , I can't substitute anything but iron brother. That's just way things work :)

Roids are big time in Oz, just other day it was said that the roid/muscle over development in males is equals or surpasses eating disorders in females.
Fuk I went down to the local last weekend with the family and the outdoor scene with all the shirts off/little brothers singlets being worn was soooo gay!

AAS are for people who either compete (I do) and or sport performance (I fight).
