OH MY GOD I just laughed my tail off but truthfully when you have tourists come up when you hop off your motorcycle asking "Are you selling marijuana or know who is ????" at the hippie beach where EVERYONE is baked all day you will get played by a hustler, beat up by not too happy locals, or arrested for soliciting an illicit substance, HOWEVER if you get some real Hawaiian bud it's pretty damn good and there's some rastafarians that make good hash too. Back on topic frank seems like he can't decide what this horrible "soapbar" shit is.

Well the site is paid for by the British gvmt , so they aren't going to be to happy with frank for actually telling the truth about drugs..... So then they lie . actually , they did a great job of faking it. I just looked through the bag because where i come from i am spoiled with plentiful nugs and straight up people... I didn't feel like we were in a place where i could bust it out ya know? But it looked perfect.....i got bud later that day but it was an annoying lesson to learn.

It's more about state than federal government if we're talking personal use amounts. In one state I got caught in, they let me keep the bud as long as I didn't smoke and drive, no ticket or nothin'. They did make me break my piece, though.

In another state, my friend got arrested for having shake on his seat. GG.

I was speaking more in terms of hash and weed quality. Everything I hear here seems that the U.K is more likely to get garbage hash or poorly grown / chemically "enhanced" weed. I by no means am speaking ill of the U.K.

Oh, sometimes I couldn't agree more. It's my basic understanding that those busts were the work of the fucking DEA, and that they sort of function outside of normal government branches.

Ah see this explains it Kauai is the meth island and I guarantee it was a tweaker looking for a quick buck. If you had been in oahu, on the big island, or Maui you'd have got better i.e. REAL weed that was probably home grown the all natural way or bomb hydro. Kaui not great for herbs.
