Hello all. I am in my mid-thirties and have been a user for all of my adult life. Started with pot and within a few years I had tried most other "hard" drugs. Opioids really hooked me, and before long, I was taking them daily. I realized that opiate addiction would be cost prohibitive, so I switched to methamphetamine, which was readily available at the time. After a good, three-year run, I gave that up, too. Unfortunately, the PKs crept back into my life, and over the next ten years I battled that old monkey again. Finally, I believe I have kicked the opioid addiction, but at what cost? I currently use four addictive substances every day (not counting caffeine and nicotine). 20mg Adderal (morning), about 2g of pot throughout the day, 1mg Xanax and 40mg of Citalopram (before bed). Only the Citalopram is prescribed to me. I hold a full-time job and live on my own. I am curious what others think of my daily regimen. Most novices seem shocked by it, but I don't think it's that bad. I do want to eventually quit everything. Which one should I start with? I think the order should be 1) pot, 2) Xanax, 3) Adderal and 4) Citalopram. What say you BLers?
