Yeah, it's not safe in conjunction with MDMA.
I've done it before, but it was before I became aware that it increased that risk.
However for other non-serotogenic stimulants it lowers temp. BP and calms the nerves a bit.
L-tryp really works best with regular amphetamine IMO.
