First Injectable cycle- test e 500mg/wk

Cheap unflavored whey, pineapple juice, orange juice, Greek yogurt, some fish oil, and frozen fruit of your choosing. Blend it. Thank me later. It's cheap and good for you with decent macro and micro nutrients.

It seems like a lot at first, but you soon get used to it. That's just being optimal of course...

Regarding your protein/whey issue I'd say you have two choices:

(1) just eat more real food protein sources, or

(2) ditch the highly processed chemically-cheapened bulked-out artificially-flavoured expensive branded whey (I'm just assuming here...) and buy plain, pure, unflavoured whey protein; to which you add psyllium husk fibre to stop it screwing with your guts. You can flavour it with a touch of fruit juice or yoghurt; or in your case (bulking) keep adding real ingredients to make it more like a meal. Your guts will be forever grateful! ;)

Dude trust me iv'e tried isopure and other supposedly healthy proteins and they all fuck my stomach up. I even got some pure pea protein crap that absolutely killed my stomach. And i do add almond butter, strawberries, bananas, oats and milk to my shakes. Actually recently i started adding sweet potato to my shakes and it is quite delicious. Creamy and tastes good but sometimes it gets too thick.

Thats what i pretty much do minus the juice and greek yogurt. I should start adding greek yougurt though, its great for you.

What do you guys think is a good dose of clomid for pct. Ive read everywhere 100mgs for first two weeks but that seems like alot. Some people get nasty sides from that shit ive read.

Thank you, ive always thought the whole 100/mg clomid for first two weeks with 40mgs of nolva then 50 mgs clomid/20mg nolva for last two weeks seemed excessive but what do i know? I see you have a totally different PCT regimen. I remember reading on here your justification for it ill have to look it up.

Whats up fellow bluelighters! Hows everyone doing long time. Just want to update i ran a successful pct with GF's method and been off everything for three weeks and everything is back to normal. I haven't got bloods yet but i will in a week or two just to make sure.

Im glad i decided to run a cycle because really i don't see myself doing steroids again atleast for a long time. I gained 19lbs total and so far have kept 16 of it but i just feel like it isn't worth it. I got decent results but not what i expected. dealing with with high estro was a pain and even when i got estrogen under control i just felt like my body was in overdrive the whole time. Hot all the time, sweating constantly and increased anxiety were some of the side effects i was dealing with. I feel the results weren't worth the risk. i know i can put on decent muscle without steroids just gotta put in the work. I also don't want to risk not being able to have kids one day. Thank you everyone for helping me on my journey and i appreciate all your time and effort. It was a great experience.

Funny you say that cause I was just about to pop in here and point out that your diet is a little lackluster to say the least. That breakfast is not 900 calories, homie.

Well, can you point out what you feel is lackluster? I'm open to suggestions... And how is my breakfast not 900 cals, the oats alone are 600 plus milk, plus a banana, plus eggs, I've even added peanut butter to it. If anything I'm getting more than 900

I think this is a fair statement to make. Steroids are definitely not for everyone. Although you had good results, like you say if the side effects didn't feel worth it to you, then that's a good enough justification to avoid for the time being. It's a shame others don't take the same approach. Maybe in a few years you'll be ready to try again, but at least you'll know what to expect. I wish you success and great gains for the future!
