That kind of regimen should be giving you more than 10lbs by now. And you should definitely be noticing an increase in strength, like serious increase. If that's legit, your gear might be bunk. That work alone would produce 10 lbs of mass with that kind of caloric intake.

Ok so, im pretty positive im dealing with high estro here. Saw my ex girl today and says my face looks a lil bloated and from all the other symptoms it pretty much has to be. So, im planning on taking aromasin 6.25mg ED and holding off on the blood work till week 6 so i can make adjustments if necessary. Unless i continue to feel like shit even after a few days of aromasin. I just dont want to take bloods monday and then again in 2 weeks and 2 weeks after to see if the AI is working. Shit gets expensive. Pretty sure high estro is why im feeling like shit, its obviously not low estro.
 
I've done both done a few cycles an just recovered from a iv heroin addiction an I personally think that IM is worse

Never have iv'd before and probably would be terrified but i have become accustomed to IM and it is soo much easier now. used to take me 30 minutes to inject in the beginning im downn to 5.
 
sup fellas, been a roller coaster ride over here the past two weeks. Fucking with your hormones is a lot more complicated than it seems. Convenient enough for the past 2 weeks i have been dealing with high estro and i got pretty sick. As you saw from my past few posts i was struggling and even considered stopping my cycle. I Was feeling so fatigued and depressed i felt like my head was in a fog. Really both things hit me at the same time and it was brutal. I am now getting over my sickness and have lowered my estro and feel waaay better but still not 100 percent. Im currently taking 12.5mgs of aromasin ed and my symptoms have lessened a ton, i started at 6.25 but didn't seem to be doing the job. Hit the gym for the first time in a week and a half and had a pretty decent workout, still a little tired. Starting to notice im filling out better even after being sick and out of the gym for a week and a half, still got all my meals in despite the lack of appetite. Also breaking out a tiny bit on my chest and shoulders. I feel hot all the time too but read thats a symptom of fluctuating hormones. So overall, its been a struggle but staying positive that i will still have a great cycle. Getting bloods on monday so ill post them up prob tuesday. Happy lifting fellow beefcakes
 
Iv'e ran into a little issue. Yesterday and today iv'e felt very lethargic. I started noticing it Thursday but tried to ignore it, its been a few days and its getting more noticeable. Im just feeling like my heads in a fog, very tired and unmotivated. I even drove to the gym today, sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes and decided to leave because i wasn't feeling it. Also been feeling depressed and agitated. Iv'e read that low and high estro symptoms are very similar so i think i might be dealing with high estro and the mental symptoms are just starting. Im taking the weekend off from lifting and im going to take bloods monday morning. This feeling really sucks, im sure this is what PCT feels like, just wasnt expecting this during my cycle.


You might be overtraining.. Have a strong coffee before gym on training days... Oooops just read other thread..!!

You don't want to knock out estrogen conversion completely... That's a lot of aromasin per week... Ideally 12.5mg twice a week should suffice until estrogen is under control, then maybe 12.5mg once a week thereafter..
If your not careful you might end up with low estrogen symptoms...

Hey, Yea i know how important estro is and dont want to kill it completely but i was still feeling high estro symptoms on 6.25 a day and i was taking it for almost a week. I seem to be very sensitive, i had a high estro and gyno issue just from a 4 week run of PH. Im getting a blood test tomm so well see where i stand. What do you think is a healthy E2 level on cycle? Round 30 maybe?
 
Ratio of test:e2 that is deemed good for our purposes is 50:1 if memory serves right. Raw numbers don't really matter when going past natural levels of hormones, it's the ratio that does.

Nice, never heard that before, great to know though! didnt end up getting bloods today, hopefully i can get them some time this week. Though, i am doing it through privatemd and im pretty sure iv'e read somewhere the tests for testosterone dont go past 1500. But then again i think iv'e heard they do in Florida so i guess well see. I already paid for the test.
 
Test readings should read about 4-5x your test dosage so if using 250mg then readings should be 1000+ I wanna say. I know GF knows the numbers
 
Sup Fellas, been real busy lately but been keeping up with my workouts. Im up 16lbs now i just started my 9th week. I feel like it really stated kicking in around week 8, thats when i started noticing significant changes in my body so im going to enjoy the last of these weeks. Been a pain in the ass but im getting in my 5-6 meals a day. Bought some whey to help get my protein up but i try not to take it too much because it upsets my stomach. Got my bloods done and my test was at 2440 so that seems pretty good since im using an UGL. My estro was high at 55 and i was taking 6.25mgs of stane a day. I upped it to 12.5/day because i started taking nolva at 20mg/day since my nips were getting puffy and a little sensitive. No big deal though i lowered it to 10mgs a day and i think ill keep it like that up until pct just so i dont have any issues. I guess im one of those really sensitive to high estro people since my estro was only at 55 and i was experiencing gyno symptoms. Strength has been slowly increasing but not as much as i thought. I dont like going under 6 reps anyways to avoid injury so thats not an issue. So far so good
 
16lbs is pretty good. How's your bodyfat? What's your diet look like?
And thats with 2 weeks being pretty sick

im still 12% body fat at 5'11 190. Diet is real clean, the morning i eat 2 cups of oats, fat free milk, banana and some days 1 egg/2 egg whites. 800-900 cals. Next snack either tuna sandwich/ avocado or peanut butter jelly 400-500 cals. Lunch 2 chicken breasts 1.5 cups of brown rice and lentils w/ avoocado 6-700 cals. Then ground turkey/sweet potato mixed with peanut butter 6-700 cals. Dinner usually fish, chicken or steak with brown rice/or sweet potato and some veggies 6-700 cals. And if i can before bed i get a whey shake in 3-500cals.

Seems like alot of food for my weight but i work construction and on days i dont work im hitting the gym twice as hard so im active 7 days a week. Also i get atleast 1.5 - 2 gals of water a day.

It doesn't really seem like a lot of food to me ;-) You've done quite well to gain on only about 3300 or so calories plus an active job! You could certainly increase this given that you've not gained any bodyfat. At least remember for next time: try starting at 4000cal (250-350g protein) and moving upwards.

For now, definitely ensure you get more protein for breakfast, either more eggs or some whey protein would do. The other meals look fine, I'd increase your snack to a regular sized meal. And before bed, I'd drop the shake and instead have some cans of oily fish (mackeral, sardine, herring etc) and some mixed nuts and seeds for good oils, fibre and slow releasing protein.

Damn man thats a shit ton of protein, i prob get 250 grams on a good day but 350?! I could get there if all them shakes didnt fuck up my stomach.

It seems like a lot at first, but you soon get used to it. That's just being optimal of course...

Regarding your protein/whey issue I'd say you have two choices:

(1) just eat more real food protein sources, or

(2) ditch the highly processed chemically-cheapened bulked-out artificially-flavoured expensive branded whey (I'm just assuming here...) and buy plain, pure, unflavoured whey protein; to which you add psyllium husk fibre to stop it screwing with your guts. You can flavour it with a touch of fruit juice or yoghurt; or in your case (bulking) keep adding real ingredients to make it more like a meal. Your guts will be forever grateful! ;)
