First Injectable cycle- test e 500mg/wk

Damn, my blood pressure got crazy high today! I was sweating a lot and was having high anxiety earlier(had no idea why i was having so much anxiety) in the day and then at night i felt like my head was going to explode so i researched and i figured out i think i might have high blood pressure from been dehydrated. So i chugged a couple glasses of water and i feel somewhat better now. I mean i still have a headache but i dont feel like my heads going to explode anymore. Didnt have a chance to measure my blood pressure but im pretty sure thats the issue. I read the two most important things is to limit salt intake and stay well hydrated. Im also going to get some hawthorne berry supplement tomm, i read that also helps. Its pretty early in my cycle though hasnt even been a week im surprised im having this issue.
 
Probably not hormone related. The less sides you think about, the less sides that affect you. Lot of it is mental. Probably just dehydration. I get it when I slack on water intake. Keep water at about a gallon a day with electrolytes in balance and you'll be fine. Keep in mind people run multiple grams of test and other aas with little issue.
 
Lost soul on e. When you draw into your syringe, make sure you you draw air into your syringe first, push air into the vial to stabilize the pressure (if you don't, it will be like sucking a golfball.....). then draw the oil. so 1ml of air to 1 ml of oil out. if not your creating a vacuum and pulling with pressure and thats your air bubble problem.

Yea your right, i checked my blood pressure today which was 124/70. Iv'e just never felt like that before it was weird but everything is fine now. I usually drink atleast a gallon a day so im going to try to get in atleast 1 1/2 gallons from now on. I also got some hawthorne berry, supposedly helps with high blood pressure so ill supplement with it and see if it helps. Do you have any recommendations as far as supplements go? Im taking NAC(Liver), Krill fish oil(Liver,joints), glucosamine with msm(Joints), just finished a liver detoxify today since my enzymes were slightly elevated and a multivitamin.

Yea i have been doing that method but it still is pretty hard to draw the oil into the syringe. Im sure the 23g has something to do with it also. Thanks for the advise

I try to keep supplements to a minimum as I feel they don't work as well as their hype but your choice in supplementation is both economical and functional. Liver supps are a bit played out as I didnt use any during my three week superdrol run and had no sides. Essentially I try to keep healthy diet to maintain overall health.

i know man thats how i feel too but i figured its worth a shot since i was having issues anyways

and three weeks isnt long at all, i dont know how harsh superdrol is on the liver but i see other guys running 8 weeks of dbol which seems pretty excessive.
 
Yo GF! iv'e been using your injection technique and i must say its great. Makes it alot easier to aspirate and keep the needle still. Thanks alot, Pip has been getting alot better just finished my 4th injection this morning. Another little technique iv'e learned is before injection push a little oil out to lubricate the needle. Seems to go in easier that way.

Man, placebo is a mother fucker! Ive been having great workouts and noticed ive been getting a great pump during my workouts. Up a few lbs also. I haven,t noticed any high estrogen sides yet, i was going to start my AI on week 3 but i think ill wait till week 4 to start aromasin e2d at 6.25mgs. Im taking it as a precautionary measure since i had an issue with gyno in the past.

Does anyone have any experience with kratom on cycle? Iv'e cut back to a half of cup of coffee before pre workouts but due to my anxiety i feel like it raises my blood pressure and i might have an issue later on. Iv'e been reading that a low dose of kratom is good for preworkout and is good for blood pressure and overall health. Iv'e never tried it before but it seems like a good alternative because at low doses it acts as a stimulant and at high doses a sedative. But i would only take about 2 grams preworkout. Good idea? i ordered some but i could save it for after cycle if there would be an issue.
 
I'd say if you don't need it then don't take it. Both the kratom and ai. When your nipple get sore and sensitive then go for ai. Otherwise leave it be. Estro has its place for anabolic effect and mood. Trust me, bombing your estro is worse than too high and bombing it with Aromasin is a fucking nightmare...
 
I get what your saying and i know that would be best but when you develop soreness in the nips isnt it too late? Last time my nips got sore it took months and months to go back down and was really a pain in the ass to deal with. I guess what ill do is take my bloods beginning of 4th week as i was going to anyways and see where my estro is at before introducing the AI.

As far as the kratom i will take a small dose just to see how it goes. i just wanted to know if it would be dangerous. I try not to get dependent on pre workouts so i only take them when i need a little extra energy usually if i go to the gym after work or really early in the morning. i dont need it but it helps to get that extra push now and then.
 
I just don't like the idea of kratom as it acts on opioid receptors. As for me, my nips can flare and be sore for days on end and nolva+Aromasin takes care of it in a couple days. Maybe I'm just lucky?
 
Still waiting for this test to kick in. Haven't really noticed any sides or mood changes. strength up slightly but i am noticing my stamina increasing and getting great pumps. I i just started my fourth week on weds so its still kinda early iv'e heard somewhere between 4-6 weeks it starts to kick in, I am up 10lbs though, maybe im expecting too much. Some people make it seem like when they're on cycle they are repping four plates, banging chicks left and right, and stopping cars with their bare hands. Must be the ego

Anyways you guys think there is such thing as over training on juice? Ive been hitting the gym quite hard for the last few weeks 6 times a week around 2 hours each session. Really trying to take advantage. Hitting legs twice a week and everything else atleast once. I get my sleep atleast 7-8 hrs a night and eating around 3500 cals so iv'e been on track.
 
You're rationalizing a reason to use kratom when you don't need to. You have a great workout on kratom and suddenly you'll want it before your next workout. You don't have a great workout on it and you've messed with your opiate receptors for nothing. Not worth it.

Me wanting to do it is enough reason for me to do it. I dont need to juice, or workout for that matter, but i want to. just wanted to try it and I did. It was nothing special, just a slight opiate like nausea in the beginning that did nothing for me. Pretty sure my opiate receptors are fine. No use in the gym whatsoever, for me at least.
 
You're expecting a bit much from gear in terms of positive side effects. To be honest I don't feel much different up til about 700mg test, then I got estro sides lol. Most effects are so subtle only those who know you or are around you often will notice.
Over training? Meh depends. I go hard in the gym 5 days a week for an hour each session. I don't see reason to be there longer unless cardio (ha! Yeah right!). If I'm spending more than an hour, it's either PR day and I need the rest between sets or I'm bullshitting around and my intensity isn't there. You'll know if you over train man. Feel like shit from what I heard.

Blood plasma levels of testosterone start to raise after a few hours, maximal plasma concentrations take about 4 half lifes...
If you are up 10lbs, its already working..lol
6 times a week is a bit on the high side, but if you are eating well and getting enough sleep, why not enjoy your first course...
 
Stick your delts. I do my bis and tris too. Eat, eat, eat. Lots of water and lay off the salt or you'll get moon face and everyone will know you're a juice monkey. First sign of gyno, reach for the nolva. Bitch tits don't go away. I can always tell when it's amateur hour at the gym. Bitch tits and moon face...

That kind of regimen should be giving you more than 10lbs by now. And you should definitely be noticing an increase in strength, like serious increase. If that's legit, your gear might be bunk. That work alone would produce 10 lbs of mass with that kind of caloric intake.

Iv'e ran into a little issue. Yesterday and today iv'e felt very lethargic. I started noticing it Thursday but tried to ignore it, its been a few days and its getting more noticeable. Im just feeling like my heads in a fog, very tired and unmotivated. I even drove to the gym today, sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes and decided to leave because i wasn't feeling it. Also been feeling depressed and agitated. Iv'e read that low and high estro symptoms are very similar so i think i might be dealing with high estro and the mental symptoms are just starting. Im taking the weekend off from lifting and im going to take bloods monday morning. This feeling really sucks, im sure this is what PCT feels like, just wasnt expecting this during my cycle.
