More than likely it will be VENOM! He has always been known as Spider-Man's greatest nemesis.

But unfortunately, in order to re-create the comic series there has to be a Cosmic Spider-man before Venom can exist.

^^^ UMMM no In secret wars # 8 spiderman was pretty beat up and wanted something to help him kick more ass. And his red and Blue suit was torn up pretty bad. There was some sort of machine in space that spit out the black symbiote onto his hand ( he was instructed to do it cause he needed a new suit cause his was ripped up) and there you have it the symbiote came to pass... Correct me if I am wrong but I am a pretty big fan of Venom. To accompany all of his comic appearences that I have in my possesion. Three tattoos of venom on my body yea I may know what I am talking about.

from the link it looks like sandman and GG2,eddie brock but no venom....maybe in the last scenes but no battle,kind of like the end of #2...venom will be the star in 4 and hopefully not just 4

FILMS: Spiderman 3 and Pirates 3

I was at comicon this weekend and I went to the spiderman 3 panel and they showed like 3 minutes of footage from the movie and holy shit does it look like its going to be incredible. Venom looks ridiculous.

also, they showed some footage for pirates 3 at the disney panel and it looked top nothc, as far as visuals and the action they showed. who knows if they will do a better job on story for the 3rd one, but im sure it will be entertaining as all hell

They'll hold out the Green Goblin return for Spider-Man 4 at the earliest, giving Harry Osborn ample time to be driven completely mad before deciding to don the outfit.

And trust me, Harry's Green Goblin won't be the corny psychogoblin Norman was in the first film (that Green Goblin sucked balls). He'll be a depraved, hate-filled lunatic hellbent on vengeance.

looks like, according to the trailers I've seen, there is Goblin in this film. whether it is the Green Goblin or Hob Goblin I do not know yet. I think it would be better if it was the Hob Goblin, because it'd be more true to the funny books and it would be better to have a slight change from the first Spidey villain.

Thomas Hayden Church as the Sandman actually looks great. at the San Diego Comic Con Raimi said that Church is not your typical villain as the Sandman, that he brings a sort of humanity to the film.

that scene where he rips off the black suit is incredible. and the graphics for sandman look great. it also looks like they crammed a lot of stuff into this one. I wonder how long it's going to be. does anyone know what the explanation is going to be for the appearance of the black suit?

to other blessed sydney dwellers, Spider-Man 3 will be screening at our, the world's largest IMAX.
I saw posters for it when i went to see 300.

Advice: Go at least 30 minutes before show time as the theatre gets PACKED and you do not want to be at the bottom of the huge screen.

Every time I see a new trailer I get all giddy. I sure hope this movie blows me away cause the hype is huge. I read that MacGuire isn't sure he will sign up for #4. I sure hpe he does, cause I don't want him not returning to ruin the franchise.
