I've had problems with the ol' pooper for as long as I can remember. My stomach is always in some sort of distress, and I am guaranteed at least one of those extremely painful and inconvenient long pooping sessions per 2 week period. I was wondering, is it a good idea to throw some "fiber laxatives" into the mix to get my schedule regular? I have a bottle and I was wondering is it good to take these every day? I, like just about everyone else, find it extremely time consuming and inconvenient to put the correct amount of natural fiber in my diet. Any suggestions on how I can improve my "schedule" through diet at all would actually be helpful. Even though this post hints at an underlying sense of humor about the whole matter, I feel like one day my ass is going to kill me.
