To start I apologize for this threads redundancy, but I have read every thread on fent and low tolerance that I can find.
And hello to all! This is a first post from a long time lurker.
So yes, I understand how INCREDIBLY dangerous fent is and most BLers seem to agree either
1: don't touch fent without a hefty tolerance or
2: administer in obscenely small amounts
What I'm after is more input on number 2. Unfortunately the fent patch ill acquire later today will be 100mcg, so this further complicates and prioritizes administering in VERY small amounts.
I know the ROAs available are going to be dependent on the patch type. Ill make sure I have a thorough understanding of just what type (brand, strength) of patch I get before even considering a dose. Also I won't be using it (if at all) tonight, allowing further time to get this right.
From reading the only idea that I had that could be even called safe, is using a *pinhead* amount of gel (if its a gel patch) on a cutip sublingually.
Or maybe if its a non gel literally wearing like 1/30th or less of the patch?
I know inherently trying to safely dose something so powerful is difficult, but I'm going to have it and will want to use it. With extreme caution and patience I'm hopeful that there is a reasonable way to do this.
And yes, I understand fent is not the bees knees recreationally.
For a little background I'm an informal (never seen pain management) pain patient. Im young but have an arthritic spine, degenerative facet arthropathy, a mildly bulging disc, and a few other things.
For years I only used cannabis but have found (or been trapped by) the allure of opioids. I have a baby tolerance - could probably still get a mild buzz on 10mg of Percocet, hydro, etc - its hardly much.
I know many are going to advise just dont use it, but I'm pretty stubborn in the thought that with enough caution there's a way to do this.
Thanks a ton to any an all input, it is my health after all
