Fentanyl Cold Turkey 100mcg/hr Stop with OPANA

Stopped the patches cold turkey. Got tired of them and sick of playing with them to work with little return and they don't work all the time. Been on them over 15 months. At first it was great Frick-in high for 12-18hrs. Lately just causing quick nodding followed by crashing/sleeping and was just wasting the Opana ir's I was taking. Talked to my Doc about switching over to all opana and replacing the fentanyl with er pills and he put me on 25mcg/hr every 72hrs from 15 100mcg/hr a month and added 2-10mg ER opana's along with the 4-5mg IR's I've been on daily.

That was Friday and the last time I had any Fentanyl was Thursday morning. I'm sitting on and with-in hands reach every patch I've ever take-in ( saved them all ) and 2 hole new boxes of gel 100's and a box of 25's matrix and hundreds of gabepentins/muscles relaxers/valum bars and my re-newed script of ir's & er's Doc want to hear from me on weds to see how Im doing and Im going to get him to up the er's and going to fill them with the generic oxymorphone and not these endo plastic crap

Still this is Bad-Real Bad. I'm older, doing this alone and am just about to give up and start playing with the patches.
I want off of the Fentanyl How would you do it???????? What would you reach for in my reach? & why? Is it almost over? Why isn't the opana good enough to stop me from going through this Hell? 5 or 6 yrs ago I went cold turkey from fentanyl with only a few Hydro's This time it's way different
 
Well I just couldn't stop myself and kept snorting 5's after 5's 15mins apart of my Opana IR's, until I felt good 35mgs did it and a lot of peanut butter and huge cheeseburger and fries and 3 cans of pepsi with a few tums and tagament and 2 hole grapefruits.
I'm Flying High and Feeling Great with no signs of Withdrawals.

You will figure this out.

I feal you on the opana.. not even kidding opana pretty much did not work for me at all.

Way back a Dr switched me over from perks to those.. he was like watch out this may be a little stronger.. nonono it did nothing to me.. I called up the Dr and said this medicine does not work.. he asumed I was addict and a dismissed me from his "care"... I taped the half full script bottle to his wind shield to let him realize his mistake. Switched me over to roxy and I was fine.

In the end opiates are opiates are opiates.. the return of them ,in the end, is worse than awful.

He dismissed you? and you taped the half full bottle of your script to his car's windshield. Wow. That's Funny. Glad that shit worked out for ya with your Dr. and don't understand why your Dr. did that or what he really was thinking.

This shit Opana. Did straighten me right out of from feeling like dying to feeling Great earlier today. I had the 3 bad SSS. The shits, the shakes and the shivers/cold sweats with full body aches and I was twitching everywhere.

I'm right back there too again, a good 12hrs later. Man don't know what else to do except try and use only as much as will turn me around again. This Sucks. I'm going to run out Quick
