Opioids Fentanyl 1st timer

So my partners been prescriped some patches

Fentanyl 8.4mg Patches 50ug/per hour 72hr prolonged release

He's indulging me and letting me have one <3 =D

Anyways, I've never had it before and certainly don't fancy turning an unhealthy shade of blue.
I'm pretty experienced with opiates, addicted to Codeine Phosphate and until recently Dihydrocodeine and I can take both in a few 100mg doses (obviously these being weaker opiates) I've dabbled in Morphine (MST's & Oramorph) and Oxy, just to give u some perspective a dose of 30mg of Oxy with some benzos will get me nodding. No benzos and I reckon I could take it to 40mg
SO, firstly wtf should I do to get high off these patches? I'm really dubious of messing with the gel with it probably being so easy to overdo and Im in doubt that just whacking a patch on would be much fun!

So what to do??

btw I've searched for similar threads and struggled to find a relevant one, plus dont want to mess with these babies the wrong way
 
The best way to use the gel patches is to smoke them. It's easiest to titrate the dose this way. Poke a hole in the patch with a pin, and squeeze out a SMALL droplet of the gel. Really small, like the size of the head of a map pin. You can always take more, never less. Fentanyl is serious shit, you don't want to overdo it. Fold a square of tinfoil in half (with the dull face on the outside), then use the folded edge to scrape your SMALL blob of fentanyl onto it, then unfold so you have a square with the blob in the centre. Get yourself a tube to toot with, then set yourself up with the tube in your mouth and the square just beneath the end. Get a lighter, light it a fair distance below the foil, then bring it up until the gel starts to evaporate, and inhale the fumes. You don't want it to smoke or burn, just vaporise it off. Congratulations! You have now smoked fentanyl, and should be enjoying a hell of a rush.

btw, you obviously didn't search very hard, this thread has all the info you needed and is on the first page of a search for "fentanyl gel". This topic is quite basic, might well get moved to BDD. Also know that I am very jealous, I luuuurve smoking fentanyl.

Whats the best way to smoke it? Chased on foil like heroin? Also how much at once, I don't have any scales or anything. Would rather smoke it and get some instant feeling than absorb the gel through my skin and risk not being patient and OD'ing

I've had 20mg of diazepam this morning too, and probably about 500mg over the last week, should I maybe smoke and even smaller blob?

btw the way, there's always one smartarse who can come up with a relevant search result ;)=D
 
To be more specific to my method, the reason I like using the lightbulb is because I don't want to waste any of the gel, what you smoke is the fumes, which you can't see, but you can feel for damn sure. I always used a lightbulb that's been cleaned up very well, use a pair of pliers to rip the metal band off, then use a scribe to score the inside of the glass that holds the filament in til it breaks, then use the pliers to pull the filament out. If you have a frosted lightbulb fill the inside of it with salt and shake vigourisly and all the frosting will disappear, wash it out really good and make sure it's dry. Then all you need is a little straw or hollow pen tube or whatever and youll have a nice device to smoke out of that won't let any of those invisible fumes escape.
 
^I would definitely err on the side of caution, if you smoke a very very small blob, like a barely visible one, then double the size of it until you get the effects you want, you won't waste more than a single dose. Yes, be very cautious if you are mixing it with benzos, I'd say wait until your system is free of Valium, but judging by your use that's probably not an option. I really can't stress enough how dangerous this stuff is; the Shrine is full of BLers who met their match with fentanyl. Please, please be careful.

In terms of number of doses I wouldn't really know; tbh I generally use a patch in a sitting, fentanyl doesn't last very long so I generally redose pretty damn often. I'd say you'd get upwards of twenty hits, but you'll forgive me if my memory of fent binges isn't perfect...

I agree with Yerg on all of this, however you wanna do it. Please please use a very small ammount and then work your way up, remember, you're taking the gel of a pain medication 40x more potent than heroin that's meant to last 72 hours and turning it into fumes and smoking it, caution is key til you find where you wanna be.

I've got a super high tolerace to benzos but of course Im aware how badly wrong it can go mixing these kinda drugs regardless

Questions, questions, questions lol. If I don't get through the whole patch in a session is there anyway it can be stored for later use?
 
Yeah, probably, but the fentanyl buzz isn't amazing, and you have to find three days to be smacked out. It also takes about a day to come up, so you have to plan in advance. For me, it's all about the rush with fentanyl, so smoking is the way forward.

In terms of saving it for another time, cover the pinhole in the patch with a bit of tape and it should be ok for another time. I feel you may be overestimating your willpower though ;)

^There's a few threads about extracting on here somewhere...but even then I don't think it works exactly the way you would think.

IE: You have a 4 inch 100ug patch, cut it into 4 equal parts and everyone has 25ug, right? That's the way I always thought it worked but I think that it's wrong as I don't think the medication is dispersed over the whole patch equally.

As for your options you have several, none are great. You could cut a piece of the patch and try to vaporize the fent off it like earlier discussed. You could cut a piece and place it between your cheek and gums and leave it there, or you could put it on an be elevated for 3 days.
 
I cannot tell you what to do, all I -can- tell you is to research the patches you have on here first using the engine. Id love to help you more but I simply cannot.
