Opioids Fen dosage and effect

I think they work I think we've just been on too much medication that are tolerance is to high and or we've become hypergesic so that the meds make us more sensitive to pain because I was taking two pills because I was hurting so bad and it started making me hurt exponentially worse to the point I was rocking and crying on the couch. So now I've stopped taking extras and it's a good thing because I've been running out a week early. I've done the math. 120 pills a month if I take one extra pill a day I will run out a week early and that is just not going to happen anymore! I have been paying $500 for 50 extra pills EVERY MONTH for 3 months because I had been running out early. Fuck that not anymore

I went from 60 mg oxy to 50 mcg patch and the patch was stronger.

Matrix patches (made by mylan) are just a uniform sticker while the gel packs are like a bag almost that contains a fent gel inside you can see. Gel packs are easily 30% weaker than the same dosage of matrix.

You can try lightly heating the patch if it’s matrix but it will run out faster and release fent faster

Thank you for the advice. I am definitely frustrated bc the pain is so intolerable.

I may try the heat thing bc I am so uncomfortable and in so much pain

My doctor is way willing to increase my morphine but he won't change it to anything else. I'm fucking pissed because my life sitting on the couch playing tiktok to the point I'm actually homeless because it hurt too much to move.

Do you mind telling me what your disease is? I have this thing called gastroparesis and it made me throw up a lot of stuff and when I started taking medicine to help my stomach it felt a lot better. I know you're different but if you tell me I can try to research

Are you a guy or a girl? Heavy set or skinny? I would try putting the patch in a different spot but if you don't get any results from it let me know. Maybe we can figure this out together and figure out what to tell the doctor?

Hyperalgesia is real… I still react that way to morphine. Developed after just a few months of using it every third day.

I have that and I also have a disease that causes my body to eventually stop breathing and die via a horrible way. I don't like giving deets on the Internet. But imagine like suffocating on your own lungs. It's a painful way to go. I have already tried all the normal things for the gastro. I am at the end of life. So it's kinda like a secondary thing now.

I would use nasally. It’ll stretch your medicine further too.

Yeah I would love to figure it out bc I dont got very long.
I am a girl. And I am kinda average . Not fat but not super skinny but I have lost a lost of weight. . I am 136 lbs at 5'6"

I've got what they call a unicorn doctor. It's supposed to be the recommended dosage of 90 mme's... right?! 90 mme RECOMMENDED... well I've got a doctor giving me double and was still willing to increase it so long it was the morphine that was increased. I hear back and forth about how hard it is or not to get meds here. Most of my life I have had the experience that it was easier to get them. Every so many years I lose my doctor and then it takes months to get back with a doctor who will help me. That's when they say I'm on too high of dose and they're not willing to keep the dosage up and the new doctor will usually cut my meds in half. Then I have to go buy them for my sister-in-law or somewhere off the street where I usually get fucked over.

It's so hard. This system isn't made to make it easier. I was told bc I was gonna die I would get more help and I just haven't.

I've been 135 at 5'2" and I was pretty skinny so you must be real skinny
