No shit? I lived in Varsity Lakes for 12 months a few years ago. Also lived north of Brisbane in deception bay for a separate 12 months.

Am Melbourne born and bread though ☺

Varsity was our skate spot, stomping grounds when me & my mates were teenagers. It was still being built back then, few of the houses were sold, no local cops or anything. A ghost town after dark. Just a few solid kilometres of trouble looking to be had.
 
Hi all,

Yeah I lived in Melb for most of my life, spent a few years in WA and have been in Brissie the last 3 years.

Brisbane is a great (perfect) inbetween Melb and Perth IMO. Not too busy like Melb but bigger than Perth (big country town). I've been to every state and capital city and I think Perth is the cleanest and nicest of all the capitals.

Like anything in life, all have their pros and cons.
