Amitriptyline is the best one. And also has a mild to moderate sedating quality which can come in handy when you're in pain.

I wouldn't know anything about that but I doubt it. There is no readily available RX medicine that you can check out easily with. However the streets are flooded with m 30 boxes. Go figure

True story. Trust me. I'm a mine of useful (useless) information. It's even touted in that Peaceful Pill Handbook peddled by Philip Nitschke & Co.

I'd say this is awful.

Tramadol is really only useful in the 200-400mg for me.

People using trams for recreational purposes or those who are dependent/addicted to regular tramadol and get stuck with this will probably hurt themselves with the NSAID.


They should not add NSAIDs to opioids AT ALL, in my opinion.

They could easily prescribe an opioid and tell some one to take an OTC NSAID if needed, instead of making them put it in their body constantly.
