i think wikipedia was right in describing them as somewhat similar to 2c-e's visuals but more emphatic of color than geometry.

but i do think that 2c-e's visuals are qualitatively different in that they're more subtle.. with mescaline, i am always very impressed by the overt melting/flattening of the world around me and the little details that just jump out at you. i honestly like mescaline visuals better than LSD visuals - especially the closed eye visuals, which are huge on geometry AND color. close your eyes and look directly (or as directly as you can without damaging your eyesh aha) and you'll be amazed at the colors

Wow... I saw alot of geometry on LSD but no color to it. I have always preferred OEV's over CEV's because for some reason I can get CEV's while sober. I've heard mescaline also provides a body trip similar to MDMA?

i tried the q-dance, back in sept 2010 in amsterdam. they were good, strong mdma taste and lasted some 3 or 4h. i cant really compare with other pills because was ina really crappy place, in the middle of nowhere, alone . i was in a strange squat party , with heroin addicts, bad psy trance music, simply couldnt let my self go properly, although there were moments of enjoyment of course..

Well i'm glad to hear their good, i'm going to try them once the shipment is in. I'm in the states though but their coming from europe. Hopefully the same batch

eh.. I think people just say that because it has a fairly frequent tendency to make people feel warm and euphoric than other psychedelics - but it's def not MDMA. MDMA is euphoria and physical bliss in visceral ways that are just not usually present in psychedelics.

anyway, you may get some distorted visual field with eyes closed while not sober, but so do I and let me tell you that mescalines closed eye visuals are going to impress you on a good dose. although 2C-E have even better closed eye visuals - i mean just absolutely incomparably better than either mescaline or LSD, imo (but htis is for me and YMMV)

Mescaline visuals are astounding and surreal, so much like surreal paintings... completely worth the purge. Very spiritual and ENERGETIC something I found mushrooms and LSD to lack. I feel I could jog or run on mescaline cactus and be quite lively and alert in the face of most.
 
here's my list:

1) DMT IM
2) Mushrooms
3) LSD+Ketamine
(on a par with methoxetamine-tryptamine combos)
4) Changa
5) DOI
6) 4-ho-mipt
6) 2-CE
7) 2-CC

next on my to do list is 4-aco-dmt.
i think this one is going to be one of my faves from what i read in the B&D.

edit: dpt is also on it's way, my prognosis is that my list will become some sort of loveletter to tryptamines. (and dissociatives)
 
I would say that mushrooms have been the most life-changing for me. They are very spiritual for me. And lots of fun!
Ayahuasca would come in second, probably better than smoked DMT. Also spiritual. Not fun, but rewarding. Life-changing.
Mescaline is lots of fun and very emotional. Third place.

Didn't make the list of top 3:
LSD is the most psychological of what I have tried. Can be amazing, but not always.
LSA is not as easy on the system or as fun as LSD.
2C-I was not my type of experience. I didn't feel depth to it.
 
MDMA/MDA/MDE was my favorite; but that was the first thing i ever took, so this might be why...

have done all the common drugs (LSD, mushrooms, cacti, salvia, ketamine etc) and am rather bored of them, so now am looking into rarer tryptamines/phenethylamines

trying 2c-i soon; looking forward to this thoroughly

if you're bored by LSD and mushrooms bro... (and ketamine and saliva?? wtf?) then 2c-i is NOT going to interest you. YMMV and all that but i can say that with almost certainty

4-aco-dmt is my new favourite now! holy fucking shit, that stuff is pure love!
tried it yesterday at 25 mg oral and was blown away -> 2h of incredible visuals and tremendous euphoria!
i'd prefer it over shrooms.

dpt is bizarre and spectacular, but not that friendly and blissful.
 
dob and lsd... those were days so beautiful,those first times I had real high dose trip for first time.I will never forget that becose it was time of my life

+1, all of the drugs he mentioned are more interesting than 2C-I.
 
mushrooms are my favorite out of mushrooms acid 2cb 2ce 2ci 4acodmt 5meomipt 5meodipt
 
Can't decide between LSD and DMT. If the smoked DMT experience lasted as long as LSD, then it would be DMT hands down, but that isn't the case. I have yet to try oral DMT, but I gather that it's a somewhat different experience from smoking it, so I dunno how it'll stack up.
