Opana white 10 mg or the 15mg also white and 8 mg dilaudid also I had these purple morphine pills they were either 30 or 60 mgs but they made me feel pretty amazing I sniffed them at work when I did construction and it gave me the best body high I felt like I was working twice as hard as normal lol. I want to try the oxy 80s everyone raves about because I love the blue 30s I had a whole script of those and the 8 mg dilaudids and 1 mg Ativan from my uncle and that was the best 2 months of my life lmao jk.

Longtec 80's are really especially when your tolerance is low enough to fully appreciate them and you got a fat stash. One up the nose and one chewed is a great way to start the day. But if only that low tolerance actually lasted. Sadly it doesn't.

But to answer OP regarding my favourite pill... my favourite prescription pill is temazepam, my favourite "street" pill is a nice good Dutch MDMA pill, especially Q-Dance.
 
Aye pal, that is the next step if poss, but they are trying to cut shortecs as I go up in dosage (can’t complain looking at the shit state our Yankee cousins are in at the mo) I shall stay under the radar with the 40’s for a while.

P.S there are a lot of the derivative we talked about @Wilson Wilson on reddit at the mo. I pray to Odin each day that we get to keep our OC’s in tact ?

Keep in mind that in most CCG's the max an NHS GP can script without referring you to a pain specialist is 60mg morphine equivalent once or twice daily which is 30mg oxy (NHS always assumes oxy is exactly double the strength of oral morphine).

If you were able to get OC40's twice daily just from your GP you're already very lucky as you're just beyond that. But if you request to be moved up again they will likely consider referral to a pain specialist.

And yeah suddenly oxy is getting big in the UK. Makes sense, we have Xanax bars now so oxy is the next logical step really. Hopefully it doesn't become a big thing for many reasons. Latest stats show opiate scripts have decreased but of course this doesn't tell us anything about the black market and all these Sandoz are imported not from the NHS.
 
Yeah good point. My Gastro consultant underwrites my pain meds, so from that perspective I’m golden. The gp just writes my repeats.

The ‘OX’s seem to be doing the rounds at the mo black market wise I have noticed. Seen a few people stating that there was a quality control issue with two brands and going cheap in the places they reside!

Oh yeah if you have a consultant you're golden.

Those are dodgy as the fuck the Torrent OX40's. The reason so many of them are doing the rounds is they're from batches that failed quality control. The doses are random. Some have been tested at only 5mg oxycodone. Others are actually 80mg. Very very dangerous so not surprised they're cheap. Before I knew any of this I got 50 of them extremely cheap. Don't think pricing can be discussed on this section of BL, but I mean very very cheap.

These days I'm getting the Sandoz 80's, those are proper and legit, probably getting diverted by the Mafia since they come from Italy.
