but i gotta say, i fucking hate fantasy football couture and all those stupid fantasy shows on tv and people telling me about their fantasy teams how they have so and so in this league but if this defense in their other league, etc

i had a terrible year. i managed to cobble together an ok team in the last 3 weeks with pickups like bryce brown and cecil shorts just as they went hot.

this week i left over 60 points sitting on my bench and my season is over...

what fun.

i like playing fantasy football, even though i don't do much after draft day - maybe make 5 roster pick ups throughout the year and i never ever make trades, they should be outlawed

but at the end of the day, i fucking hate fantasy football culture

you guys think i should start eric weddle or pick up hometown favorite janoris jenkins for the playoffs?

it will either be a double negative( rams lose, jenkins has one tackle and no pass deflections, ints, sacks, or fumble recovery/forced)

or rams win while jenkins picks up 6 tackles including a sack and either a pick 6 or fumble recovery for a TD...although he's already picked 6 twice this year and already has a fumble recovery for a TD....can he do it again???

We only use team defenses in my league, no IDP's so I would not be the guy to ask about that.

here's how it works:

tackle-1pt
sacks and ints: 4 pts
pass deflection: 1 pt
fumble recovery/force: 3 pt

each team starts 3 players, my other 2 are james laurenitis(a solid start cause h'sgood for 8+ tackles a game, but hardly ever gets any sacks/ints/fumbles) and defensive player of the year candidate von miller who is a complete beast, he's kind of streaky cause he really doesn't make many tackles, just a sack machine...hopefully he gets his usual 2 sacks

The thing Im not really up on the ranings for fantasy IDPs stat wise because its irrelevant to my leagues, I do like the concept and may float the idea for next year. Miller is a beast though, its between Aldon Smith, Von miller and JJ Watt for DPOTY. All have valid claims IMO, it may come down these last few games. If Aldon can break the sack record I don't see how he cant win DPOTY.

Fuck these shitty ass rams. I couldnt start chicagos def against green bay, so I picked up the rams because they were by far the best option on waivers in theory........ they score me one fucking point.

The rams also gave up 25 points to the vikings kicker, who I was playing against in two leagues, while my kicker got me a whopping 0 points.

My studs vincent jackson and Ray rice both shit the bed as well. Every single player I have team is losing or getting blown out. Worst week for my fantasy team so far this year, fucking typical.
