Fantasy drug combo thread

Give me some of your more interesting fantasy drug combos, not the usual ”coke + H IV” that we have heard a million times

One of mine would be a formulation of a pill that keeps you high for as long as possible from a single pill

some Lisdex-Meth-Amphetamine, together with Levacetylmethadol, memantine and a long lasting VGCC blocker, phenibut would be preferable but mirogabalin or pregabalin fits better in a smaller pill

SNDRA, Opioid, NMDA antagonism, and VGCC blockage, maybe add a long lasting benzodiazepine in there as well.

Preferably make the pill extended release and you have something that would probably give you a stimulant high for 24h accompanied by a constant benzo, Opioid, Disso, VGCC high later fading into a continued Opioid and BZD high with a disso afterglow. The LAAM would be felt for up to 72h even without being in an extended release formulation
 
Levorphanol, halcion, 2c-b, MDA, and oxycodone or heroin. An opiate with some ketamine-esque effects and a euphoric benzos, both of which would ease me into the 2c-b trip. Perhaps a tiny bit of MDA added into the mix, and a shot of oxycodone or good heroin at the peak.

AMT, MXE, chloral hydrate, and Seroquel. I have never done AMT but it seems like a winner. Maybe some MXE to use with it and some chloral hydrate plus Seroquel to end the trip if it goes on for too long.

Definitely lisdex or some kind of long formulation of dexamp (I’ve never tried Dexedrine) mixed with alp or some kind of euphoric benzo and oxy to boost the euphoria but also with some soma mixed in then if that could slowly fade into a low dose of MXE or perhaps a low dose of MXE throughout

This is my first time hearing about LAAM. Does it have a good amount of recreational value?
 
Another fantasy combo:
30mg 4-HO-MiPT
1 gram 3-MMC divided in a 400mg dose and two 300mg doses
Low dose GHB
Intranasal Zaleplon 20mg
Redose GHB and Zaleplon to keep at a constant level
Hits of DMT, Nicotine and Nitrous alongside everything

Drunken hallucinogenic hedonistic bliss
(Alternatively switch zaleplon for another Z-drug or a pleasurable benzodiazepine)

Yeah I just looked it up and Wikipedia said that it is used for OUD in people that don’t tolerate methadone. I’m gonna see if there’s anything on erowid about it

Yes but its a very boring/cliché combination and not everyones flavor. I found more novel experiences to be more enjoyable, especially hallucinogen combos

You're the first person I have seen on BL mention intranasal zaleplon. That shit is fun on its own, but your combo sounds pretty great.

Goddamn that sounds great. I love how the second to last is just “food” classic. GHB is one of the only drugs I haven’t tried besides PCP. I want to try it so bad
 
I feel like the best stuff has already been said lol..

But generally I’d go for a imaginary cleaving/ prolonged release Ethylphenidate, paired with a similar formulation of Dextromoramide AND low dose MXE.- this I dub the no reason to ever be miserable again LTD,

If safe in combo I’d combine with some low dose Moxxy/Foxxy (forgotten the chemical names) and GHB, and that would be a comprehensive full spectrum of feel good effects, and a light touch of psychedelia without vibrating fractals at the speed of light repeating again and again.

Oh damn, something like a Serine bound version of D-Ethylphenidate would probably work wonders for that. Like how azstarys is SerDexMethtylphenidate. Something similar could probably be done by binding some of the other molecules to amino acids.

Sounds like a great drawn out speedball with GHB and low dose disso/psych overlaying its effects. Id probably add ondansetron for the nausea and this would be gold
