Have to agree with that. The feedback thing they do just enrages me, its like a bunch of failed teachers or certainly failed somethings heartlessly slating people under the cloak of anonymity for any petty reason they can find. One guy on there posted the most heartbraking life story any one is ever likely to have read and then some total arsehole felt it was necessary to repond with negative feedback "You must use SWIM" or words to that effect, but they had worded it in a very offensive way. OMFG. No perspective over there. Takes the piss so much.

He's about as far away from scary as you can get, he'll be 6 this year and I can say with honesty he has never even so much as growled at another living thing. He is typical of the breed, totally lacking in aggression but very, very friendly, unfortunately this means that despite spending a huge amount of time with professional training he still can't be trusted on recall if he sees other people or dogs and he still jumps up.

That would be OK if he was a little dog but he weighs in at about 5 and half stone so I have to keep him on the lead allot more than I would like, but in then house and with my little kids he is so gentle and obedient. He's been there for me in some of my darkest days, I'm not into any of that anthropomorphism business, I don't even let him up stairs but I do believe I have bond with him that goes deeper than provision of food. Poor boy he slept on the door mat by the front door the whole time I was in hospital.

I think it was yourself who mentioned that you listen to a lot of audiobooks ? One I would particularly recommend if you've not already read/listened to it is Jack London's The Call of The Wild. It has many themes but one of the main ones is the deep bond between dogs and humans, and its fascintaningly accounts London's interpretations of the dog's 'thoughts' and feelings. I know you said your not into anthropomorphism and i think the academics and critics have debated whether this book is too anthropomorphistic. I dont think it is at all, the dog has dog 'thoughts' and feelings, not human ones. . A truly great classic book for putting your feet up and passing a few hours with.

As far as I'm concerned Shambles is the best EADD mod already, and that's without a control panel.

All the best mods are normally not mods imo. This applies to Shambles and Jancrow offhand

and that's not to say I don't appreciate the current mods, cause I do ... you're all mainly awesome n stuff ... 'tis a difficult n demanding job n whatnot. and BL is awesome n stuff <3

watsons would also make a good mod imo, as would Cornish ... plus they're both hawt, which is always an added bonus
