Exercise 4 Health, Mental Health, and Addiction vs. The Endorphin Factory

Intervals can do some really nice things 4 sure and im either a believer in those or sustained low to moderate intensity. Swimming is crazy exercise.. i was blown away when i looked at how many calories are burnt scuba diving.. probably even more for top side swimming. Both are way more than jogging if i remember.

I love healthy exercises like swimming and tennis and will be doing both a bunch this summer.

I'm resting today. I'm a bit sore as well. Like a friend of mine used to say 'I have a headache on every part of the body'. Hope it's not one this flus/cold coming up.

Went for Swimming yesterday and have tried some alternative exercises. I think I can try to do this so I'm at the gym everyday. It feels good. I'm always happy when I live and have made a couple of friends (colleagues) already.

never made it in for back and shoulders the other day so that's on deck for this afternoon. Go for a walk and jog as well.

EDIT: pretty strong workout today. Getting back into the swing of my routine and making progress. Forgot my earphones so i cut the cardio down to just a warm up.

I went swimming today. The exercises have been reduced to 45 minutes + 5 minutes of real stretching. For some reason they say the 45 minutes work out is more productive than 1 hour. I get that they changed the routine mixing super intense exercises alternating to 20-30 seconds slower. We'll see how that works in a week or so. I must confess that during the shower I was 'catching my breath'.

Had to run some errands so I ended up walking a mile. Also did 46 pushups. Not much but enough to boost my mood just a little. It's a rest day for me anyway since I'll be working for 8 days straight starting tonight.

^ Sounds great!

We spent most of the day out, cycling, walking. Fells good!

I have gone swimming but only for 50 minutes. This weekend worn me out a little.
