Positive Exercise 4 Health, Mental Health and Addiction vs. Pure & Free

Pulling myself thru the water is like weights but light ones with lots of reps. 36 strokes x 20 reps, I suppose on the 50 meter pool makes for 0ne km, 30 reps gets me a mile. 15 laps, long course. leaves me sore to the bone. Stopped smoking weed about 6 months ago but lifetime weed smoker. Not the worst cuz It makes you expel stuff and holding in bonghits actually expands your lung capacity. Thats my theory, but not going back to smoking to try it out. Not till my crop of 4 legal plants matures this October. I Try not to use my legs cuz I use them at the skatepark.

Friday, swam 50 minutes, then went to skatepark for 2 hours. Getting ready to go swim skate this am. Wake up so sore and tired. Fuck maybe just take a hike with my new ladyfriend. Ella es latina y its work to speak to her cuz I don't speak spanish nor she english. Match made in heaven
 
Today i did 3 sets of 220lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 55lbs 1 arm tricep extensions, 3 sets of 55lbs shoulder presses, 3 sets of 70lbs butterfly''s, 3 sets of 70lbs incline dumbbell presses, 3 sets of 70lbs front raises and 3 sets of 30lbs skull crushers
 
Today I swam laps for 50 minutes followed by 2 hours at the skatepark. Had fun which is how I can do both activities each day
