Exercise 4 Health, Mental Health, and Addiction vs. I worked all that out

Hot yoga was amazing after another stressful day at work. I was well rested last night so I performed well. Tomorrow will be gym day gotta rest well tonight then power through my tricep challenge and cardio and abs exercises.

I am starting to see some muscle definition on my arms lol :D I want to really tone my abs so I at least try to do 500 crunches or 400 or alternate the type of ab exercise to Russian twist or bicycles and then crunches. I started doin these crunches where you are holding a ball and also holding the dumbbels while you are reaching your feet so it gives a crunch to your abs. I am still working on my abs but hey they might pop out in the least you expect em lol.

So today is gym day blasting it off after work and releasing all my work frustrations LOL. I think I should get my protein shake before :D

Sorry if this comes across as interfering. You'll probably get your abs by continuing to do what you're doing with the mountain climbs, hiking and stuff. Doing crunches and stuff compliments it but you really don't need to do that many. Strength and cardio will get you them with the crunches combined.

Seen your pic of you climbing that mountain and you look fit.

^oh nope that wasnt me lol I just posted the pic to give a view of the hiking place I go to. I don't think I can go again this month for climbing but nxt month for sure for sure.

No worries evey thanks forthe input. Im starting to see results!! I also weighed myself in the gym today and im down to 136 lbs!!

Off for tonight, my body needs the rest. On again tomorrow to blast it off!
 
On the subject of abs....you can do all the crunches/planks/wipers etc in the world but it wont help if you don't shift the fat from over them first.

No problem. I was worried that I'd see like I was interfering. Russian twists should help you because they're cardio based as well. Have you heard of the beachbody programmes? If you look at the exercises that they do on "Slim in 6, INSANITY, hip hop Abs, T-Focus 25" as well as a good diet you'll get abs. It's a myth about the crunches. Cardio exercises involving your abs like knee ups etc will get you abs...

When you're exercising do you pull your stomach in and breathe in and out? That will help you too. It's up to you and please don't think I'm trying to interfere, but you're wasting your time doing a load of crunches. If you did 30 minutes a day high intense exercise with a good diet you'd get there.
