Yeah daddy sockpocket I here ya that was all that was on offer sadly, but I got my special liquid to clean out the pipes
Plus I i got my smoking technique down so that barely any collects in the pipe/bottle anyway.
But you are right I do get a lot in the wire, but oh my days when I turn them around and smoke it...plooms I tell ya, plooms!%)

I'm only about 2 weeks away now from it being 5 months since I last used heroin. Not even seen any since I last used.
I thought all thoughts of it were well gone from my mind but twice in the last week I've had dreams that featured the fattest and biggest bags I've ever seen in my life.
I woke up one morning after the dream which was so real at the time and I was convinced I was scoring that day, obviously I wasn't.
Just goes to show even when u think you have forgotten about gear and have no plans to score it is still there stuck in your subconscious somewhere.

OH JOY OF FUCKING JOYS......Im now able to score off 2 different people, both with quality ,gear, both local(ish) and one even drops off, if hes passing through,(which is like every second day.) the price is pretty much back to 2010, but im still spunkin shitloads,
the MRS got clean for xmas and has just starting having a little dabble, she got about 6 runs into a smoke last night and was smashed, head on her lap rocking about dribbling,with a crushed up tray. (lucky cow)
But things do seem on the up all over, and its about time ,stay safe everyone ,and best wishes to you all..
@ MAXALFIE well done mate hang in there, im not goin to give you all the old bollocks about it gets easier,because its hard mate. But you seem to have a good grasp on things , so just stick with it mate. The good far outweighs all the old BOLLOCKS.

Things are the same in Dublin now as they have been the last few months so I haven't had any reason to post, but I always follow this thread.
The gear is and has been very hit-and-miss in Dublin. I generally score in the city centre where I can get average quality for normal prices. Seeing as I'm living in North Dublin I decided to score locally once and wasn't a bit happy with what I got. It seems that the further south you go the better the gear. Haven't bothered scoring in South Dublin yet but when I get paid I'll probably go on a trip to Tallaght and see what I can get.

@blondin and pontifex: Appreciate the well wishes folks.
I just so happen to know a particular fellow (same chap from whom I was scoring brilliant product from in the Spring of '11) with literal knock out stuff in North Dublin...and its been consistant for a month at least, but I'm away from it now. Really not that interested myself but just putting it out there.
More importantly - looks like I'll likely be on my way back to college as a mature student soon enough and should be eligable for a grant also...managed to tug a few strings today, but I'll know more about it after the 24th. If it didnt work the first time when I depressed, its hardly going to work if I'm oh so strung the fuck out...which leads me to this question:
I need to get clean and stay clean if I'm to have a second chance at this. As I mentioned before, I've done week long rapid detoxes with black market Methadone in the past, but I've obviously always landed back where I very much dont belong. A friend of mine suggested I might consider signing onto a local clinic - all confidential - and instead, trying Subutex for no longer than a month as he reckons I'd have less chance of relapsing after I'm done because theres little to no withdrawals in comparison to Methadone...
Anyone any experience with Subutex? Suboxone even?

Subutex is great for giving you more energy and somehow it also manages to really knock the cravings on the head. If relapse is an unwelcome friend for you then it's definitely worth shot Endless. Yes, you'll be addicted to it and no, the wd's are not painless but you're life will have a great chance of improving massively.

Some people get an anti depressent effect from Subs... some don't... I remember never feeling straighter and it does kill cravings better than mdone. my girl is on it and doing very well...

got a gram earlier (an hour and a half ago) and almost gone. disappointing, but a mate hooked me up with a couple guys and i haven't checked out their gear yet, should get too optimistic but most stuff is better than this crap.
any one used those small circular sin bin made by nevershare for their needles only? basically, they just pop off the needle, leaving you with the syringe which i assumed you're supposed to throw in the normal trash. isn't that a bit odd? yea sure, the needle is the bit that will injure you opening yourself up to bacteria and virus attack, but isn't a bloody syringe sans needle equally hazardous waste? plus, with the needle off, the contents can just drip (obviously mostly empty, but sometimes a bit of clotted blood etc..). seems a daft way to make a sin bin, altho it is very small (6cm dia circle x 1.5cm deep) and mildy fun to use.

what are you talking about? the needle exchange programs aren't complex. go in, ask for needles, get needles, go home is pretty much it? you can buy all kinds of needles OTC in many pharmacies, and many pharmacies also give out packs of needles of different sizes (many boots even, but they usually only have 5 needle/spoons/citric/bin per pack, others have more). there are a couple pharmacies open til 11pm in london too. it's not complex or stupid.
when i lived in the countryside it was a bit more difficult as there were few pharmacies that stocked needles, but just went to local drug center. any pharmacy with this logo does needle exchange, called so because they often ask for returns, but it is not mandatory:

because it's free! they don't sell spoons or citric or whatever, the normal bd microfine syringe is like 25p. you can nip round to the local pharmacy, if they do needle packs, which in my experience, about a third do in london.
needle exchanges proper are usually located at a drug center, where their main work is treatment, they have doctors to prescribe substitutes, you can be assigned a keyworker, they have groups, massage therapy at some places, etc.

Italian pharmacists may see heroin addiction as a problem but it's a personal problem and not their business to interfere. The UK suffers a cult of experts and lay individuals are not even trusted to buy antibiotics on their own judgment. Even in London youcan travel some distance to find a syringe after midnight and in the sticks it's close to impossible.
When I was banging up my gear my local drug service would give me about a 100 needles and plenty of citric or Vit C and spoons etc all free of charge.
When I first started injecting I thought that a 100 pins would last me ages but it's amazing how quickly you do get through them.

@max -msame as mate i use to get a box of 100 and still use them twice, they dont last long if your hitting uo x6 times a dy.
Bought 3 bags of the good stuff lucky reallly as the fela wasnt aswering his phone so i was gonna go to hackney and get a much poorer product but decided that as i was getting it for fri as got the day off id wait and as i got near home he called so turned round and picked up .3 will deffo get me a v good nod but just had 1/2 q bag qas couldnt resist but willl save the rest.
Quite a few folk are saying thyey are getting proper pd gear but is it pd prices? I am still paying a tenner a point but its the real deal, pale powder that will hold you for 10 hours easy

I've never been to a pharmacy that won't sell you needles in my life. Not all do swap-packs though (ie free ones with added sachets of citric/vit c, sterilising pads, stericups and so on). I live in the arse-end of nowhere and the pharmacist here sells needles if you ask. Plenty of non-junky uses for needles. The needle-exchane place is 20-odd miles away but they're happy to deliver a carrierbag load of swap-packs if you ask for 'em. They used to post 'em but apparently they're not allowed to anymore. Probably just policy for the particular place I'm at though cos you can certainly buy 'em online and have 'em delivered.

i get thru at least a 20-bag-of-syringes/citric/spoons a week, which would be £5 just for the syringes, and that's not that much use.
and don't call bollocks before you know, there's 14 pharmacies that give free needles in hackney, and i doubt there are 42 pharmacies in hackney itself, and 12 pharmacies that do free syringe packs in haringey.
