So I really am hoping I'm over the worst of my physical withdrawals I'm now trying to exercise some foresight on how to make it really stick this time. Reading over old journal entries I realize I'm always fighting the same monster of depression and dissatisfaction in one way or another and the last time I got clean I had way more support than what I'm looking at now. I want to give myself the best chance to really stay building the kind of lifestyle conducive to long term sobriety. Starting with the immediate physical and chemical aspects. i have no medical coverage so as much as I'd like to go get on an anti depressant it isn't an option ATM. Can anyone recommend the main essential vitamins and supplements I could get that will at least get me feeling as close to normal and productive as possible. I'm reading alot of about L Tyrosine? Good idea? And other recommendations? B vitamins??
