So I really am hoping I'm over the worst of my physical withdrawals I'm now trying to exercise some foresight on how to make it really stick this time. Reading over old journal entries I realize I'm always fighting the same monster of depression and dissatisfaction in one way or another and the last time I got clean I had way more support than what I'm looking at now. I want to give myself the best chance to really stay building the kind of lifestyle conducive to long term sobriety. Starting with the immediate physical and chemical aspects. i have no medical coverage so as much as I'd like to go get on an anti depressant it isn't an option ATM. Can anyone recommend the main essential vitamins and supplements I could get that will at least get me feeling as close to normal and productive as possible. I'm reading alot of about L Tyrosine? Good idea? And other recommendations? B vitamins??

Unfortunately a healthy diet, exercise, and TIME are the main factors in physiological recovery. There are no "magic bullets".
Aside from a good multi vitamin, I'll do some more research and let you know if I find anything but otherwise the only other thing off the top of my head would be D-Phenylalanine or DL-Phenylalanine - which research has shown may potentially reduce cravings and depression, improve energy, promote pain relief and increase pleasure in recovering opioid addicts. I have never tried it myself, and have not seen said research myself. I have only seen it mentioned on a couple sources in the past and may be worth checking out. :)

when it comes to vitamins and amino acids, i tried mega-doses of them and certain amino acids(tyrosine, taurine) and it didnt help Paws at all..a clean diet will always make u feel better than eating a bad diet but exercise should be a top priority every day..hard, intense exercise basically saved me..to this day i stil must get in some form of exercise every day..

OP, I added Magnesium to my diet to fight anxiety. Please research into this and see if this is something you maybe interested to take into your diet.

I am still taking supplements apart from Magnesium:

Multivitamin x 1, Omega 3-6-9 x 1 vitamin c x 1

Ocassionally I will add Bcomplex

I found l-theanine to be helpful. Also, I suggest adding a multi vitamin because of added health benefits.

Currently utilizing a basic multi vitamin, L Theanine, Magnesium, a GABA supplement, Melatonin and I'm eating alot of nuts fruits and veggies. Last night I tried to take some phenibut but uggggh I felt none of the purported euphoria or mood lift. I just felt super sedated and had the strangest sleep/dreams. Yesterday I also took some lope which is why I think I'm feeling totally fine today.a little down because Im pretty sure I'll wake up tomorrow with all the yuckiness back full force. But at least Im not getting high.

I've been doing the following for the past year with great success for mood, energy, and general health:

b6 every morning, before breakfast
folic acid (critical for brain function and nervous system health)
omega 3
flax seed oil
vitamin C
vitamin D3
magnesium
potent multi-vitamin
veggie-rich diet, based around whole foods
no nicotine products, no alcohol
30-90 minutes per day of rigorous exercise

Im currently 55 days clean, just starting to get the hang on paws it comes and goes, magnesium powder the fast acting form really helps with anxiety and cortisol levels (deppresion), multivitamins are a must, i take protein shakes because they contain every amino acid mentioned above for recovery, im thinking of getting some GABA, or steal anti deppresents from my mom then i think thats the addict in me talking, TIME is the best remedy, OH ALMOST FORGOT - RESCUE REMEDY SPRAY helps wonders with paws , i seen it on Doctor.Oz its a mixture of four plants its been around for 100 years, and ive read its a must, you spray it under your toung once or twice when you get that heart best anxiety feeling comming on to strong , its a herb , and exercise it releases opiod in the brain , thats the shit we crave , and were working our bodies to recovery
