Hello all,
I quite often experience a hangover the day after too many vodka red bulls (lets say 30oz or more of energy drink alone). I get moderate anxiety, in some way resembling a hangover from amps.
It always puzzled me which ingredient would be the most responsible for that. Depending on the brand, it might be a difference of up to 10x times in quantity of caffeine, taurine, glucoronalactone, etc.
For a long time, I though the excess of glucoronalactone could be the main contributor, so I always chose drinks containing less of it. But after reading recent studies, I started to think that I could actually be benefit instead.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
