There is a trip report in TR on this. Seems pretty hard to believe to me.
On another major Harm Reduction and Drug Discussion forum (where you are also a member) there is a pretty extensive (considering how obscure the compound is) collection of information, extraction methods, potentiation methods, and trip reports. I highly recommend you check it out!
Google it!
Apparently the effects, according to one user, include:
-A mescaline-like euphoria
-
Light LSD-like visual effects, present at higher doses. Not nearly as sharp/apparent.
-Stimulation
-At higher doses, due to other compounds present in Elemi Oil, an undesirable (to some) sedation that subtracts from the euphoria/psychedelic effects.

Edit] Here is a bit of information, gathered from around.
Credits out to 69Ron for providing this information.
Elemi oil contains about 4% elemicin. Elemicin is nearly identical in structure to both TMA and mescaline. It also occurs in nutmeg along with higher amounts of myristicin (which is generally undesirable). Elemi oil contains no myristicin and is very different chemically from nutmeg
Why Elemi Oil does not work for many people:
CYP1A2 is an enzyme in the human body that is primarily responsible for inactivating elemicin. German chamomile tea greatly inhibits CYP1A2. Some people have high amounts of CYP1A2 and will not easily get effects from elemicin. If taken with German chamomile tea at 5+ grams, this problem is fixed.
