Could not be bothered to make Paella - so opted for Curry :)

Kadai Chicken, Rice and Onion Bhajis

Before onions, green chilies (mild and hot), cashew paste, garlic and ginger paste, chicken - green peppers, tomato - Dry spices of coriander seeds, cumin seeds and dried chilies.

Bhajis - (I find making flat ones much easier and saves using a lot of oil during cooking)

Mmmmmmm that looks amazing!! I'm fasting :(

Haha - anytime. The curry was really tasty - (I should have really topped it with some fresh coriander - which would have looked better), I had none though so some sliced chilies did the trick.

Bear, that looks delicious, loving your cooking.

Away for a curry at a restaurant with a superb reputation tonight, fingers crossed it looks like that!

Shashlik! =D

Mate - If I got served the food that I cooked last night I would happily pay for it. May sound stupid but it tasted like a proper 'Indian' meal:D

Paella night :) - Yeah I could have gone out of my way and bought some shellfish, or some big prawns etc as decoration (couldn't be bothered) so ...

was super tasty, managed to get a burnt / crispy shell on the bottom of the dish :)

I'm making a big thick tortilla, having it with lambchops, fine beans from supermarket, and first few baby broad beans from allotment :D Still baby enough to not even need podding, let alone shelling.... %)
