EADD What Are You Munching On v.Shite Pizza

I had a beef stew, meat was lovely not chewy at all, smooth and melted in the mouth, sauce was excellent too, spices, herbs and tomatoes.

For side I made roast potatoes covered in bacon, some butter, freshly ground black pepper, a lot of rosemary, fresh red chillies, some sage and salt.

Everything was good. My grandma was so impressed she left me a few of her lorazepams, which is why it's taking me ages to write thix
 
Penne pasta cooked from scratch. Served with homemade creamy tomato sauce, with mozzeralla & prosciutto ham. (and some grated cheddar on top) before being baked for 5 mins and left to cool.

Respect :) - I can't make any shaped pasta other that Ravioli (then its usually half moon shape). I was wasted yesterday and asked him what he fancied to eat - Butternut squash and hazel nut Ravioli - burnt onion dressing.... He ate a tin of beans !
 
Just ordered an Indian, I guess the sandals will be a bit chewy....etc etc

Got to make coconut chicken -same as tandoori but instead of yoghurt use coconut milk.
 
Oddly I wasn't all that hungry;), they do a really nice tandoori, it's not bright red and actually tastes if spices and stuff, this and some Pilau rice was just enough thanks.

I've also managed lunch today and plenty of fluids to I'll be tip top tomorrow, the Xanax a re kicking in a treat:)
 
^I love tandoori / chicken Tikka - I eat it all the time :). Sorry it sounded like I was telling you you had to cook it in coconut milk - I was sort of talking to myself out loud :D. I have got to make Tandoori chicken but using coconut milk instead of yoghurt - no doubt a picture will follow.
 
Spaghetti in Sacla fiery chilli pesto, with sauted chestnut mushrooms, thinly sliced carrot (using a peeler) and 2g Amanita Muscaria (I'm titrating the dose...). Oh and some grated cheddar on top.

It's well tasty.
 
Just polished off some monkey nuts. Im extremely proficient at de-shelling and scoffing these. I bet I could out shell a chimp or a macaque.

Any minute now I shall be getting stuck into roast chicken, roast spuds,parsnips,yorkshire puddings etc all cooked by my flatmate.
My belly is gonna be extremely grateful indeed.
