hahahahahaha Sneaky wee buggers! Bloody hate cooking snags! Really I do loathe them! Tasty though. Thats how I get my revenge. I eat the bastards!!!
 
We haven't been shopping for a few days so had hardly and veg - Ended up with a very basic chili/stew

All we had was peppers / aubergine - so fried them, fried some cumin seeds and chili powder, added a tin of black beans, couple of chili's and a some fajita seasoning / garlic / tinned tomato / oregano. Served with rice, feta, pickled jalapenos.
 
I have not done much cooking this week either -

Tonight we had the left over from last nights dinner, on top of jacket potato - topped that with the usual stuff you would have on a chili, chilies (red, yellow and jalapenos) salad, and feta cheese.

Basic stuff but went down a treat. (phone camera)

Cooked my speciality salmon pasta. So easy to cook...fry garlic in olive oil, add the smoked salmon, pour cream over...with pasta..fresh tagliateli is rather tasty.

Special guest bought me cookie dough with icecream....ohhhhh ambrosia. I poured cream over the top,,proper!!!!

Actually, I don't trust sausages...they can be a bit unpredictable with the spitting oil around the general vicinity. Some lie..they can pretend to be properly cooked...you get them in your bit of bread and butter and they're soft in the middle... Dodgy as a £9 note.

I'll swap your salmon for my potatoes :) - I make a dish very similar but I use canned tuna (normally have that in when we fancy that dish), but I add a load of capers and olives (and skip the cream).
 
I've got a tasty wrap. Chicken, Feta, tomatoes, lettuce avocado topped with yogurt. YUM YUM YUM!!! Its rather filling though. It's a BEAST!
 
We had eggs toast beans tomatoes :) - had a load of bbq veg from last night so that got chopped up and added to the eggs :) (peppers, aubergine, onions, tomato).

Going onto patio for a snooze - then going to make Bruschetta (nashi pear, blue cheese, honey and a Broad bean with Parmesan) then a roast pumpkin soup for dinner. Haha thats before I have a couple of blues - probably end up with a takeaway

Yummiez. I'm having an egg butty for dinner in a mo. Eggs are a right cunt at times. I like to boil them so they're not running but not hard but will the fuckers play ball? Will they eck as like :D so I end up eating the egg whites n Beauty gets the yoke.

I had half a bagel and a slice of birthday cake for breakfast (not my birthday cake). Don't anticipate much else unless I get coked up enough to actually get off my arse and go out. But at that stage I doubt I'll be hungry anyway so the outcome will be the same.
