EADD What Are You Munching On? v. Godlike steaks & shitting candles.

MDB, do you actually enjoy eating your Kratom yoghurts ? (Not the effects). Do u ingest it with any other foods or even just toss n wash?

I eat Kratom about 3 or 4 times a month, at most, and even still now I find it 50/50 whether or not it'll make me gag a bit.....it has to be said though I have a very weak stomach and gag reflex.

i just wolf them down really as quickly as possible. There was a relatively small dose of kratom in that pic, and at doses like that it's no problem at all to wolf them down when mixed with thin style yogurts. I think getting 'thin' yogurts rather than thick and creamy ones helps, cos you can more or less just gulp them straight down without having to chew on them or anything so you don't really taste anything except the yogurt, and it never makes me so much as heave. If i have a big dose though, so much that one small pot of yogurt isn't really enough and it looks almost like unset concrete after mixing the kratom in, i have to take my time over forcing those ones down.:\

I have found that eating a small snack afterwards, something like a slice of toast is a good idea as it seems to help getting your digestion working quicker, and helps the effects of the kratom to kick in a bit quicker. Im not sure if its placebo but i sometimes think that i can feel the effects within ten minutes if eaten on an empty stomach, i dont even know if its biologically possible for the stuff to get absorbed into the walls of your guts and cross the blood/brain barrier that quickly. Most other substances that i take orally seem to take 20-40 minutes to kick in. I think the yogurt may aid quick absorption as it probably clings like fuck and lines your stomach walls for speedy chemical extraction.

When i first tried kratom i used to try to make tea out of it which i found totally undrinkable, i would heave after every gulp. On one occasion i tried mixing it into porridge, it probably goes without saying that that didnt work very well. 8(

I've tried 'toss and wash' and all i can say for that method is that it's better than kratom tea, I'd only do that again as a last resort if i was stuck somewhere without any other alternatives.:|

My friend has just made up some butterscotch Angel Delight. So gonna leave it in the fridge for a while to set and then get stuck ino it a bit later. Lovely stuff

^ Angel delight is lush, haven't had any for ages.

I went out for dinner tonight at a greek place and had kleftico which was lovely but I feel super full now. That's fine though because I'll be back at uni tomorrow and living on drugs, wine and bagels for weeks so I'll shed any extra weight I've gained ;)

id bomb that omelette in a rizla aswell

Ha ha!

Admittedly food presentation isn't my strong point, as you can see i'm a messy and slightly lazy cook, i deliberately cook everything to almost burnt as it tastes better that way, and cant be bothered preparing all the ingredients so that they are all neatly chopped and uniform size and shape and all that. If it had been a neat looking insipid and pale omlette with finely diced and undercooked ingredients it wouldnt have tasted half as good.

Had a lovely meal last night 'Fajita' chicken fried and then mixed with a spicy rice with kidney beans etc.

Tonight we had an Aubergine bake (potato, onion, tomato, peppers, caper, olives,) was so tasty. Ate that and then had stilton, walnuts, pears, drizzled with honey and a few bottles of red wine! Snuggled up on the sofa, duvet <3

just munched some broccoli carrots n a chicken breast, prob the most food i've had all week, oh and a protein shake, i'm strangely liking these, choc peanut flavour, proper filling!

Did Mrs Fiend reccommend them to you? ;)

Hahaha :p

She didn't actually, was bought a while back when I was working out but never really bothered with em, but I've gotten back into it and started em again, they actually do make a diff to my recovery times and am keeping the muscle I've gained during stim sessions lol

I have a haggis pan hagirty thing on the go with chillies n ginger - its like alternative bubble n squeak. I't'' need dollops crème faise to cool

Felix did dinner since I was cold out on the livingroom floor 8) It came from a packet out of a freezer and was labelled meat feast pizza. A slice of something was presented to me on a plate :|

What is that stuff? It aint food it aint good. It came from a machine :sus:

Bless his lil cotton socks for trying <3

There was no veg :(

I made aubergine tagliatelle - very simple, packet pasta - then fried a couple of aubergines with a decent pinch of chili flakes, then added a load of sliced garlic (about 6/7 gloves of garlic) some chopped olives and capers.

By the time the water had boiled and the pasta was cooked the dinner was ready :) - topped that with a can of tuna and parsley.

Out for a curry tonight (veggie curry house), It's a basic, no frills place but the food is <3
Mysore Dosa Masala with mint sauce for starter (its like a giant samosa - filled with a potato, pea, carrot, spices) has a hot chili spread all over the inside

Two Curries and a tomato rice (I had already ate the popadoms)
(one was had a load of minced paneer and had vegetable kofta, the other was a blended green chili curry)

Millionaire Shortcake

Break up some plain digestive biscuits, add some non salted butter, mix and bake for half an hour on a medium temp.

To half a tin of Condensed milk add a couple of big spoonfuls of dark demerara sugar, heat until the sugar has melted. Pour the caramel onto top of baked biscuit base and allow to cool.

Melt some white and dark chocolate together and pour over the top of the caramel, and allow to cool in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Once cooled, remove from fridge and eat.

Ooh that looks really tasty. Have you ever tried to mix the base with granola ? (This stuff is gorgeous) and pretty much the only cereal I eat now.

Wenlock that looks amazing... Millionaire's Shortcake is one of my favourites. <3

I've just had some roast chicken soup & a ham sandwich. The soup was store bought before you ask... doesn't match up to the real stuff. Made some myself once as an experiment after a roast chicken meal never mind my Mum's which is amazing stuff.
