Have had very little appetite since xmas eve (no surprise all things considered) so haven't stuffed my face too much. Even today not being on anything I haven't been hungry at all, had bagel with smoked salmon and a poached egg earlier and err... fudge brownie milkshake but that's been it so far. Meth has to be the most appetite surpressing stim I've ever tried, even more so than mephedrone.
 
Wish id still get that appetite suppressant effects from stims. Now i can indulge to my stomachs content no matter the stim level. Well maybe not on anything too serotoninergic
 
I can eat on coke and speed, don't get hungry but it's not actually a physical struggle to swallow like it is on meth and meph. Both make me feel like I'm trying to swallow cotton wool if I try and eat too soon after taking them. I was alright a few hours after dosing meth (on xmas day) and managed to eat a decent amount of 3 course xmas dinner but if it hadn't have been there I wouldnt have felt the need for food at all.

No wonder I lost a stone in the first year of uni eh :P
 
About to make a proper authentic thai green curry. Well...apart from the fact I'm making it with left over turkey=D

I'm finding it easier to eat on stims these days, although its still a proper struggle sometimes. but depends how stimulated i am. protein shakes are a good substitute if it's too much of a struggle

Also eating curry at the moment, proper yummy
 
Just muched beef in tomato and red wine sauce wiv Lyonnaise potatoes (cooked down wiv added leftover peppercorn sauce). With parmesan on top. Was yum <3

Am munching my way through mince pies,my favourites

I loathe mince pies more than more than just about any other food item. Aside from Christmas Pudding. And sprouts.

Shambles, I think I love you a very slight little bit more than I thought I loved you before.

This is what usually happens whenever there are mince pies about:
- Would you like a mince pie, Julie?
- No, thank you.
- It's not actual minced m**t, you know. They are suitable for vegetarians. (Bonus points if they say this after they have just seen me eat a huge plate of turkey, bacon and sausages. And potatoes roasted in goose fat. Got to be goose fat, it tastes so much better. Or maybe you need to switch to a less minging brand of cooking oil.)
- No, thank you. I'm not a vegetarian anyway.
- Well, there's hardly any calories in them. Anyway, you've just had turkey and sausages and bacon and roasters and mash and carrots and parsnips and beans and peas and a pint!
- No, look, I'm not watching my weight, I just don't like mince pies.
- Go on, have one, it's Christmas!
- No, thank you. I don't want a mince pie.
- Go on, have one! It won't kill you! Shall I warm you up some custard to go with it?
..... and so forth .....

Oh, how I'd love to make it through a festive season without having to fight being force-fed mince pies everywhere I go .....
 
Been doing a few 24-hour fasts lately to explore that facet of my mind and body. I'm always curious. I have come away with something, I think - sharper senses, at least immediately after the fast. The catch is that fasting kills your appetite and tolerance for strong tastes and textures. Trying to stabilise myself as I don't eat enough normally, I just had two bowls of porridge.
 
Yeah it was alreet! Nice way to use up leftover turkey.

Just trying to decide what to cook on nye at the moment, not sure what to make.
