Ooh! Brannigan's! They're yum but not seen in a dog's age :(

Most recent munching has been mulligatawny soup (a lifelong fave of mine <3) wiv lomticks of onion bread 'n' nearlybutter (Lurpak spreadable cos on offer - nearly butter but not quite).
 
Just baked some peanut butter cookies - did a crispy lot and a softer chewier lot. House smells lovely (nearly masks the smell of the pot of curry sitting on the cooker). Instead of using vanilla extract I added a shot of vanilla coffee to the mix.
 
Mmm... BakerBear sounds good to me. Do <3's me some homemade biccies <3

In non-homemade biccy news, just having a cuppa coffee wiv...

Cookies were tasty Shambles :) - Don't often bake as hate having to be precise with weights etc.

This packing up smoking lark does give more room and time for gluttony, I'll admit that.

Not fat yet though.
 
I have a druggie gf MDB. Any white powder that doesn't move etc. When stims are in the house they don't bleedin' last long I assure you. She has the Marmz approach to weight loss. Stims basically.
 
Ack. Weight loss. I did really well before Xmess. More or less quit drinking for a couplefew months and even did a week or so on assorted not-SlimFast shakes/soups that MamaSham got me for me b'day a couple years back. Ostensibly they were gifted me cos she knows my usual approach to weight loss is also of the Marmz' school. Didn't even use any stims this recent spluge-o-purge either. Obviously it all piled back on over and since the festives so right back to where I started from 8)

Just got back from hunting and gathering but forgot that the *ahem* hunting and gathering grounds have half-day closing on Sunday so hand has been forced dins-wise. Gonna have to be meatballs wiv spicy tomato sauce and pasta. Was planning on either curry or stew 'n' dumplings (cos had an urge for the latter for weeks now). Ah well, meatballs 'n' pasta ain't such a terrible thing (waistline aside 8)) and will make a point of planning me stew 'n' dumplings out better than this last time. Buying half a gramme of peev the same week you get all the necessaries for a massive pot of stodgy goodness that'll last a week or so is not such a wise move :D

Bear: You even manage to make bleedin' cauliflower look delish dammit :!:D<3
 
Shambles I know your not a fan of veggie food but the cauliflower and (red) lentil dish was really tasty.

Bear: I have no objection to veggie food, just shitty food. Some of my fave foods are veggie... as it were :o

Flapjacks, for example, veggie to the core yet also fukkin lush <3

(admittedly i only haz hobnob flapjacks to hand due to being sold off cheap recently)

Just munched some of me meatballs 'n' (slightly more) spicy (than intended - yowzers that's a spicy meatball 8o) tomato sauce wiv pasta twirls. Managed to catshit on the bottom of the pan so somewhat... smokey flavour but still bloody lovely <3 Even had garlic bread to go with cos there was some in the reduced section at Spar when I was buying booze earlier. Double yum <3
 
Indeed. Gained a bit of weight that needs burning off. plus probs good for my digestive system to pretty much fast for a day, i eat like a bastard sometimes
 
Sorry Shambles had the impression you weren't that big a fan on veggie only meals. I was in cooking mode yesterday and had all the ingredients in so decided to make some flapjacks - you only need a few ingredients and pretty hard to screw up.

Eating porridge with hazelnut and banana - just to try and warm up as fn freezing here today (don't have the luxury of heating / or a fire etc :D)
 
Went out for Chinese tonight -

Started off with a Hot n Sour soup then Some spicy deep fried chicken dish (not as nice as the one I made earlier :D) and a rather strange chicken, fried egg, stir fry thing served with pancakes and Hoi Sin sauce.

It's around the time of night that I like to have some cereal to eat.
Tonight I am going to have a bloody big bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes,in fact I may push the boat out and have two bowls.
