Thai food is great and I eat loads of it - the dumplings were nice and as I had both prawns and wrappers in the freezer didn't take that long to put together. I made a spicy peanut sauce (peanut butter mixed with fish sauce, garlic, chili, and a little bit of coconut milk) which I had over the curry which gave the curry a really rich texture.
Tonight was spinach, feta and tomato Omelette(cooked in the microwave so it looks a bit anemic -tasted great though.)
