BHM,I saw that photo of the high rise you used to live in with Bodda,looks grim,but I always think highrises look grim.
Bet you had some good/bad times there

I wonder if i might try to appeal against my old ban and infraction points. If i get into 'trouble' again in the future I now have less rope to hang myself with if i allready have infraction points logged against me. Couldnt the points expire after 12 months or something ? I have made a conscious effort to try not to make inflammatory posts or sling insults around or lash out at people, since i came through the phenazepam binge last year.

What? So your nice demeanour is all an act? You're just trying to evade another ban? Nooo... Can't trust anyone these days.


While we're at it, I'd like my infraction revoked. It's worth noting it was handed out by knock who could barely type as he had taken a mistakenly large amount of al-lad and later ended up in police cells that night.

actually nawwww forget it, wouldn't wanna embarrass knock in front of the Senior's. We'll just hush it up ;)
 
Its not an act, it's how i choose to represent myself on here and in life. I could choose to continually start arguments and go round deliberately trying to offend and insult people, but i dont. At times i have had to try to choose my words carefully and hold back on things i could have said but chose not to, i dont think thats an act.
 
i got banned a few years ago when i was new here cant even remember what for now but i do remember it being something really petty.
 
Bans usually happen after a poster accrues a certain number of infraction points. Sourcers, scammers and spammers get banned on sight, but only senior staff can do that, and generally only do so in those cases, or if a banned user registers an alt. Generally, you won't get a ban from a single action.
 
You can appeal unfair infractions, you know. I've reversed infractions before. Unless you're facing a ban, though, it doesn't really matter, right?
 
yeah, it could be just a waste of time unneccsarily fretting over something that may never cause any further issues. It's impossible to predict what may happen in the future though, so im not sure if its worth trying to get a clean slate, incase things go awry in the future, you would then have a bit more leeway, and not allready be a marked man, with one of your 9 lives allready used up or something like that.
 
They expire after a year I think. It is visible on your profile if you have infractions, it tells you when they expire.

Infractions expire, usually after 12 months ( probably always IDK for sure) a bit like a driving license, you get too many you get a ban....which also expires after a set period...permanent bans take special dedication.

If you have any doubts about what infractions you have PM a moderator, I'm not sure what you can see as a member with infraction points and such things are confidential.
