I've read these before. I think its a little book thats manifested in my llife a few times. 'Never make Assumptions' is so important.. seems an easy discipline to undertake but its not. Theres a glimpse of Truth though I think when we share a moment with someone as equals. Concentrating on what they are saying, eye contact,not staring in new age concentration, and not jumping to conclusions about the things they have said... Just chilled, conscious fully of the moment, and present.

Jude I love that quote. Its really zenny. I quoted it somewhere else here a while ago I think. Brilliant to just enjoy sitting.

One quote I have never quite understood is - 'You can't have your cake and eat it ' - Well what would be the point of having one otherwise? Sorry if that's off topic - it just amuses me.

Aye. Wasn't directed at anyone, just find it odd that folk generally give more credence to quotations when they've got a name attached.

I set up a blog to take advantage of Google Adsense a while back (where you get paid if people click on adverts on your page) and I would post a quote everyday. iirc they are all light-hearted ones so nothing deep. I can't do all that deep emotions stuff...

The blog's been inactive for a long time now but give it a look :) must've been about 2 years ago I did it.
