lol, bit of a contrast.

BHM comes out with some of the most vile, degenerate, rude unwanted posts I've ever seen... and then he comes out with some really insightful, intelligent and humerous posts. Never are his posts in between. Guess you could only describe him as mentally ill.

But... Love him or hate him, he's the most entertaining EADDER we've had in a long time, and therefore becomes an asset to the forum.

Ok, let me clear this up....

In real life, all my friends (currently 3) take the piss out of each other constantly. Sometimes it gets very personal and crude. But deep down we love each other and it's all done with no intention of upsetting anyone.

Perhaps this personality traits brushes off on me when I use the forums. I'm always ripping the piss out of BL'rs... SHM for being ancient, Pontifex for confessing his love for plugging and Sci-Fi's, BHM for being mentally ill, Shambles for wearing a ponytale, MyDrugBuddy for attending speed dating and scoring Nil points, Brimz for drinking ginger beer.

But it's all jesting with absolutely no intention of upsetting anyone or getting personal. If you took offence... you've got me all wrong... I only take the piss out of BL'rs I'm most fond of. And that's the truth.

youre actually a fairly jolly drunk, raas. s'why i couldnt understand the abuse aimed at you - im sure if you were ramming a research chemical up your arse as opposed to getting merry on alcohol, you wouldnt have a problem. as for mental illness.. before beholdest thou the speck in thy brothers eye removest the plank from thine own ;)

Christianity gave me the confidence to uphold what I thought was right in my heart - to treat woman with respect and stay away from discriminative promiscuous desires.

To stay away from heroin, marijuana and alcohol that were distractions from a pure spiritual life.

All converting ever did, was bring out the best in me.

How can you ever say that I was in the wrong...

But my point holds true, Shambles is suggesting what bought the best out in me is "very wrong", and he needs and old fashioned rebuking.

Exactly! In what sense have you stayed away from alcohol? :D

Not criticising ya for it - is a drug forum so we all have out drugs of choice - just seems like a really bizarre choice of drug to stick with cos is about as far from spiritual as a drug can possibly be. Take psyches - get to meet god(s) in person ;)

Incidentally, I also treat women with respect - always have done and always will do cos why wouldn't I? I also treat men with respect. Children and animals too for that matter. Except the ones I eat anyway. Not children I eat. Mostly animals that I eat. And women. Not sure what a discriminative promiscuous desire is but if you mean wanting to make sexyfuntimes with lady or ladies (or fellas if fellas is yer thing) then I'd rather not stay away from that. It's a very healthy way of thinking. When appropriate anyway. Actually when inappropriate is good too sometimes :D

I honestly don't get the "promiscuity" stuff you've been talking about the last couple days. It just makes no sense. Like many religious types you seem to be thinking in very black and white terms. There's either one true love soul mates get married. Or there's empty, soulless, numerous sex for the sake of sex with anybody and everybody. I have no interest in either of those (well, the first is great other than the getting married bit). I'm fairly sure I have a rather good approach to the wimminz in my life for the most part. I've never been promiscuous (although I think you are using that word in a slightly non-standard way) cos I just don't enjoy it. Obviously there's been mistakes made but how else do you learn if not from mistakes?

Desire is a good thing. Suppressed desires are a damaging thing - and a potentially dangerous thing. Sex, love and desire are an intrinsic part of the human experience. You could even say part of the spiritual side of life. I would.
 
Shambles it's a smiley every paragraph now. Back in the day it was every sentence with you.

As to the other more complicated promiscuous questions, you'll have to wait until the effects of the G&J have worn off... but if it makes you feel better I took your advice on the pink grapefruit and it's fabtastic! I even took a pic for the booze thread.
