I am not talking for anyone. I am asking you a question. How should people who are not you judge your conduct? When I say "we" I mean "people who are not you". It's up to others whether they associate themselves with that question or not. I leave that open to them.

Share your stuff with people
Be nice to animals
Have basic manners
Just be a decent person

OK here's my judgement: I think you're a bit insensitive to people's feelings. Now, I'm not bothered, I have a big nose, I know that, I've known it for a long time, and I don't give a fuck if it's pointed out. I've seen bigger noses, and I've seen more frightening noses. It's not an extreme nose, and it's not a beautiful nose. I know it. I know you nose.

But I personally would not make a point of remarking negatively on someone else's physical appearance, because I think it's a bit of a dickish thing to do.
 
It has to be said though that if you're foolish enough to post a photo of yourself on a forum board you sort of deserve the hate that's inevitably going to come. I mean seriously on every single forum I have ever posted in, people's appearances have been ripped to pieces by other posters, it's normal.

Unless you happen to be stunning, and even in those cases people still make bad comments, you're gonna get flamed. It's 100% guaranteed.

Don't want to have people saying you look like shit, don't post a photo, easiest thing to do.

It's like if you're attractive you're going to get sexually explicit comments, if that better than people hating because you're ugly? It's not

If some fit poster were to post a photo of herself you'd probably say something along the lines of "I wanna stick in her pooper" and see absolutely nothing wrong in it.
 
Kenny, I disagree, no-one deserves "the hate".

I am fully aware that by putting my pic up I am opening myself to ridicule. I'm not bothered. I think I've made that clear.

But I think that ridicule is distasteful and I would not participate in it. I don't think deserve is the right word. One might expect it, but that doesn't mean one deserves it.

It may be normal, but that does not make it preferable. For example, it's normal to be a bit thick, but it's preferable not to be thick.

Logic is very notable by it's absence on the Internet.

And I also agree that ripping on people's physical appearance is a dickish thing to do, but I don't think those posts should be moderated or censored.
 
That isn't true at all, Kenny. I belong to several boards where the community of posters are actually not cunts. Not that EADD is full of cunts, just a few whom need to be sent to the lounge for a few years to learn how to troll correctly. Not that even that would give me much faith, the standard therein is the lowest I've seen it in fifteen years.

but the thing is its not normal in eadd. I don't think I've ever seen it happen before, it may have done and I didn't see it. I like to think eadd is different to a lot of other forums out there so lets not get dragged down to the lowest common denominator/s.
