No. It will be courier.

It's never reccomended to guess with teaspoons, but the fact you can do anything from 800mg to over 4 grams means its okay. The approx dosage by teaspoon is mentioned on the side of the container. Tastes foul, pure orange juice as with most things is a wise choice. The estimated shipping times given by BN are always well out so expect to be running for the letterbox daily only to be let down!
 
So what the fuck is this parcel then, I guess when it arrives tomorrow I will know.

I'm intrigued, it'll prob turn out to be something shite. :\

Apparently it was a packet and it was too big to get thru the box. So I can only think it can be my order from bulk nutrition, nothing else is expected.

I hope so I want to get using it ASAP.

So whats the script in terms of attack doses, using the spoon method....
 
Using a normal sized tea spoon (picture includes a 5p coin for scale) the following shows my normal dosage;

That is about 400mg as the scale shows. It should be noted that i take considerably less than some people but after taking the stuff most days of the week for a couple of years with maybe a couple of months off in between i've decided that this works a lot better for me that the 1 gram doses and larger that many people seem to favour.

For an attack dose i would suggest taking at least as much as 4 or 5 times this quantity. I haven't got a picture but i did try weighing out full completely level (not heaped) quantity with the same spoon and got a weight of 2.2 grams which could be fine as an attack dose for the first couple of days or so (you probably wouldn't feel much effect from it) then quickly tapering down to maybe 1 gram after a few days then dropping further from there once you really start to feel the effects.

If i was in your position (but with my low tolerance for the stuff) and i was taking this for the first time i would probably use;

Days one to four; two grams in the morning, 500mg at lunch

Days five to 2 weeks; one gram in the morning, 500mg at lunch

After 2 weeks; tapering fairly quickly down to 400mg in the morning, none at lunch.

This is just an estimate though, you need to experiment and see what works best for you. With this stuff less can definitely be more. The less you take the fewer side effects you get (like jitteriness, insomnia and stuff) but you still get pretty much all the good effects. Obviously there is a point where taking less just gives you less but for me the sweet spot is 400mg. Just because it seems to be working well for you doesn't mean it wouldn't work better if you took less.

One final but VERY IMPORTANT point; Before you leap in with the high attack doses, try a single dose of 400mg in the morning just to make sure you don't turn out to be extra sensitive to the stuff. If you start with 2 grams or more sods law states you'll turn out to be extra sensitive and you'll start feeling like someone spiked you with something half an hour after you get to work. Also, I've never heard of anyone being allergic to this stuff but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be possible. Start with a very low dose of this stuff before you start it properly with an attack dose just to be sure.

Also please do post an update once you find out if you like the stuff; I'd be very interested to hear how you get on.

It's definitely a tea spoon. Not the smallest tea spoon in the world but it is not a table spoon. I did put the 5p there for scale.

Tea spoon wise i have no idea with choline. I took it in pill form from holland and barrets. I can only suggest you find out the recomended dosage of choline (i can't remember what i was taking) and then try and work out if the choline powder feels the same density as the piracetam.

But yes, i think a level tea spoon in the morning would work well for an attack dose. Just make sure you start tapering back after a few days or so. Also do make sure you are not allergic or extra sensative to the stuff by taking a small 400mg dose before you leap in with the massive attack doses.
 
I took about a quarter of a tea spoon earlier today, everything seems to be fine. :)

It says on the tub that a 1/4 of a tea spoon is 720mg but i'm not sure I took that much.

I'll start with attack doses tomorrow.

Choline wise on the tub it says serving size "3 grams" and that a 1/4 teaspoon is 700mg. Surely it doesn't mean I should be taking 3G of Choline every day?

The Choline stinks (of fish and something else) and is sour / tangy as fuck, yuk! Piracetam doesn't taste bad at all, just mixed it in with some water and was tasteless tbh.

Most "tea spoons" are bigger than an actual tsp. Incidentally, most "table spoons" are actually a good deal smaller than an actual tbsp. Personally, i find it a good reason to use a scale and switch to metric measurements, imho.
 
Had about a full teaspoon of Pirecetam today and 1/4 of teaspoon of Choline mixed in with some orange squash this morning, tasted fuckin awful.

Bought some fruit juice to try and disguise the taste for tomorrow.

Personally i either just spoon it into my mouth (towards the back) then drink something to clear the taste or else mix it with a very small amount of liquid and drink it as a shot. It does taste pretty bad but there is little in the way of after taste so i find the best tactic is to get it down as quick as possible then drink something more pleasant.

Usually i have it with tea in the morning before i eat breakfast.
 
Yeah tomorrow I think I'll stick it in as little liquid as possible and just shoot it. Good suggestion. :)
