EADD Mephedrone (4-MMC) Megathread v. XIV Pirate Flagship

I do read the stickies! And I believe I saw that, but as it hasn't been posted in for a year it doesn't count ;) We need a snazzy new thread, I would make one but I seem to be the only coke enthusiast around here so I feel I might be slightly alone.

It does count actually - that is what the Megathreads are for: to be permanent fixtures cos otherwise you just end up with dozens of small threads asking the same thing over and over. The thread is about the state of cocaine in the UK. If it's not been used much recently there's just not been much interest in discussing it recently is all. Bump it and see if anybody else joins in - it's no different from doing the same thing only in a new thread but it has more context for any ongoing discussions and issues (that very nasty cut I forget the name of that's been an increasing problem in cocaine sold worldwide over the last few years for example) and also means people can find it easier cos it's in the forum index which a one-off thread won't be.

I know you toofs like everything shiny and new but forum threads don't come with built-in obsolesence and don't get any whizzier and more exciting by having a different date attached to 'em. Coke in the UK is coke in the UK (except most of it is nothing of the sort obviously). Timist :p

Well, ok. Technically it counts. But it has a boring title! Everything is more exciting with a good title.

So much coke hate on this forum 8) You guys don't know what you're missing! Sure I've had shit a few times but the stuff I've been getting recently is indescribably amazing. You've just got to look if you want good stuff, it is around.

And AS A MATTER OF FACT I'm doing the ket tomorrow Dan. By a stroke of good fortune my step dad is busy after work for a few hours so I've got from whenever I get up to 6pm ish to conduct my experiment. What would you recommend, I was thinking breakfast about 9, wait a couple of hours for food to go down then ket at midday. That should leave me fine for the evening right?
 
Excellent, if you dose it right you should be fine, weigh the doses, go for the holey after a few lines once youre familar. my layered under-dosing fuckup the other night left me feeling a bit wrong after, until i slept it off

I know very well what I'm missing - I am a very long way from hating cocaine but I mostly choose to skip it due to that lil grand's worth a day bizniz I mentioned. I can't stand people on cocaine but nobody can - it's not meant to please anybody but the person taking it. My main objection is that it's insanely overpriced, insanely overhyped, cut with neurotoxins at source and mostly really quite bad quality. Incredibly bad quality actually. Yes I know good quality coke also exists but it's so stupidly priced you'd have to be a bit stupid to pay that amount in my opinion cos it certainly doesn't cost that amount. They only charge that cos people seriously believe they are getting value for money rather than having the piss taken right to their faces.

I'll meet you halfway on the Megathread though - come up with a better title and I'll rename it in your honour.

Might have a slight problem there, still haven't been able to locate my scales so any ideas? I'm used to eyeballing doses for other things so I don't think I can go too far wrong right?

Well, I can understand that yes - no doubt I'd be the same if I'd had the same experiences as you. Fortunately at the moment I'm still in the phase of being able to enjoy it. I get what you're saying about the quality thing and I know that some people find it overhyped (I'm clearly not one of them) but the good stuff is worth it imo even with the price. I mean, the stuff I get for £120 a gram never leaves me feeling like I've wasted my money because it's just that nice. If that makes me stupid then well, being stupid isn't all bad.

I'll dwell on the title for a while and get back to you.
 
The quality of what is now sold at over £100/g used to go for £40 (cheaper if you bought a few) when I was using coke. Inflation hasn't gone up that much since - it's a scam.

As it happens, I do still enjoy cocaine - very much - just also very, very rarely.

Look forward to the title - you do realise you've rather raised expectations of it being especially good now don't you? I expect nothing short of Nobel Literature Prize level coke megathread entitling ;)
 
'Course you still enjoy it Sham, it's a natural thing isn't it. I don't know how you can just use occasionally after having problems with it in the past though, don't think I ever could - if I had to stop then that would be it because as soon as I got even a taste I'd just fall right back into it. You must have superb willpower.

I actually have appalling lack of willpower. What I do have I suppose is a very good idea of what tends to happen when occasional use become overly occasional combined with the fact it ruins the fun of it. I also use heroin occasionally (more often than coke but still very rarely for sure) as well as other strong opies. I just make a point of these incidents being spaced out with long breaks between and always bear in mind how it will go if I don't. Has nothing to do with willpower - it's just that no matter how bad things are at any given time they're never gonna be as bad as they were when I was using in that way. It's hedonism rather than self-destruction - no willpower involved.

EDIT: Sorry, Swampy. It was a strong contender but excessive aliteration gives Summer the edge. Means I can pretend it's a thread about a proper drug like MDPV ;)

(note to crackers and anybody else who jumps on that... don't bother jumping on that it's possible it's not meant entirely seriously)

Is there anyway to change how the drone crystalizes/forms? Such as chemical wash in order for it to reform in a more orderly powder state and not annoying mishaped large crystals.
