Or like Sam says the mobile skin works, but some things don't work, like NSFW and SPOILER tags, and navigation is harder because there are no "breadcrumbs" at the top of the page (Forum > Europe & Africa > European & African Drug Discussion > EADD Meetup at Castle Shambles (was kinky) does not exist)

Yeah I think that is called "breadcrumbs" because it's like Hansel & Gretel leaving breadcrumbs to find their way back to wherever they started from.

You can switch to mobile using the drop down in the bottom left where it says "Bluelight Aria", and to get back you click "Full Site" at the bottom of the mobile page.

edit: oh I was wrong about the breadcrumbs they do exist in mobile but in a perverted form.
 
Ugh, that's pretty horrid. The mobile site I mean. Can't remember why I went there now, just had to click out quickly before I was sick.

Weird, I've actually got the 'breadcrumbs' thingy at the top of my page, and the php script has finally buggered off as well. Also, I've been successfully using right click for quotes and editing, but the 'emoticons' still don't work.

Edit: Just realised you were referring to the mobile skin...

Yup and yup. I will be a definite. Anyone else who wishes to be there be there. If you can't make it then will have to wait for the next one or organise it yourself. My days of cashflow actually flowing are drawing perilously close to ending so Brum at the beginning of February is ideal for me. As such, I'm gonna be mercenary about it and say that's the final answer. If nobody else turns up I'll just go score a lil L&D and have a party all to myself :p

Seriously though, this is the only way to make a meet happen. The date and time is now set. Live with it or faff forever.

If five or more folk who don't actually live in Brum actually turn up I'll give permission for pix of fuxxorrated me to be posted in EADD. That's a once inna lifetime offer. Make the most of it ;)
 
Just to point out I specified folk who don't live in Brum cos am assuming folk who do live in Brum have no excuse for not turning up - it's foreigners wot need to get arses in gear. And Brum has some mighty fine gear if that's an encouragement to any :D
 
Sorry man but Birmingham is the arsehole of England and you wouldn't get me there for 52 virgins. Plus it's my (early plug Raas, Amazon vouchers g'waan g'waan) birthday a day or so before that.

Of course Brum is the arsehole of England (sorry Brums but ya know it's true ;)) but it's never about the place it's about the people. I couldn't give two shits about where a meet is - or even what we do there especially - is just about getting to meet people and making sure a good time is had by all. All those Brizzle meets a while back where at a psytrance night. How many who turned up actually liked psytrance? I'd hazard a guess at... well... considerably fewer than turned up. Much fun was had all the same.

That aside, my "this is final" thing is slightly tongue in cheek - only slightly though. A date and place (town/city - specific place best not to post on the forum) needs to be firnly set or it just ends up with endless suggestions and no conclusions. I've got enough cash to last a month at most. Within that month I can get to more or less anywhere - I truly do not give a toss where. This month is the only chance I have of getting out at all for the foreseeable though so am just getting a bit irritated with peoples' inablility to just make a decision. It's not brain surgery. Town/City + Date. That's all. Is it really that hard? 8)
