Just had an amazing telephone interview for "a company", who make "some well known products".

Went on for an hour when the standard is apparently 15 mins!

Chuffed as fuck me =D

I got a second interview for dispensary assistant job On tuesday morning. EEEEEEEK!!!!!

I've never had to have a second interview for a job before. I've always just had one and been told I'm either in or out. My training will cost a fortune and take 3 years so I guess they need to be sure.
 
When I was living in Manchester our local pharmacy used to throw away so many drugs, mainly huge few litre bottle of Methadone. With about 2 inches worth left at the bottom of each. If you are desperate bin raiding comes in handy. Total breach of DPA though...they'd leave unused patient labels in untied bags too. Disposing of medical waste in household trash is against the law!

I err know this just because I do. I didn't partake.
 
Pharmacists can be are struck off for that kind of lax approach to drug disposal - especially controlled drugs.

The drugs are supposed to be contained for pickup or destroyed on site. Just last week a community pharmacist in Leeds barely escaped disciplinary action for "stockpiling" out of date/unclaimed prescriptions. All he'd done was keep them on site for a few months (admittedly, they were piled up to the ceiling, but hey ho).
 
Indeed. When I was told of this in Manchester by the person who found it I was rather shocked!

This was also the chemist who would repeatedly sell codiene linctus more than three times in one week to the same person without asking any questions or batting an eyelid. They have to write down how many times a bottle is sold and i'm sure their list must have looked a little too full. That's if they even bothered at all. Probably not!
 
90% will be working for Oxfam within the week in their call centre. Won't be cold calling, only people who have signed up and for £8 an hour :D

Friend's mum's friend is getting me the job after I did some work with her at some festivals and she liked my 'professional sales outlook'
 
Got another phone interview for some chemical cunts on wednesday, and a proper in-person one for some petrochemical cunts the week after.

Feedback from the first one was quite good, time will tell on that.

Things are looking up a bit, as long as I don't mind living in shitholes and working for cunts! ;):D
