aye, everyone can go in the public areas. believe it or not, everywhere will be kept pretty clean, even the changing rooms. you have to wear plastic overshoes when you come inside, so the floors are always clean, and everyone has to wear gloves all the time they're outside, so your hands don't even get dirty. (not to mention boiler suit, hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, and on my new platform a mini BA set. 8)) there's a lot of peer pressure to keep the place clean, and there are full time cleaners as well.duck_racer said:

Nah, you're allowed a certain length holiday without signing off. I've done it before. You're only allowed to do it once during your new claim period to sigining off.
Does your sign on day hit a day when you will be away? If not you shouldn't have told them and just go then sign as usual when you get back.

Ok, fuck it, I can't afford to be unemployed much longer.
Looks like I'm phoning temp agencies in the morning to see if I can sort something to start this week.
At least I'll get weekly pay to tide me over till I get a proper job again.

so he looked at his calendar and said that would be no problem. i don't want to jump the gun, but if it all goes through i would be starting at their office for three days next week for inductions & training with my first flight on thursday. home two weeks after that, and to rockness the day after!
it looks like a huge and exciting project and i will be involved from day 1. this is actually like a dream job for me. i am fucking over the moon here.
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off - contract lasts for at least 2 years.
