EADD Ibiza 2014 thread

Kind of backs up a lot of what's been said on this thread - things aren't really as they should be. Prices are too high, VIP is taking over and people are staying away.

I'll still go over for a few days in September and I'll probably have a great time but it's not nice to hear all this stuff. People have been complaining about Ibiza getting over-commercialized since forever but it's hard not to agree that it really is happening at the moment. A lot of these superstar DJs demanding a million quid a night are really nothing special and the clubs shouldn't allow themselves to be held to ransom by them. Give the gig to someone younger and hungrier (and probably better) and let the big names play to their crowds of "EDM fans" in Vegas.

Ibiza should be relaxed, fun and free-spirited, that's why people love it. Sounds like it's less of all three than it was even a few years ago.

I'm back in Ibiza and I just had the green xboxes tonight. Best pill I've ever taken, felt like I was rolling for the first time all over again.

Blue grenades are also around as are yellow Rolls Royce at 180-200mg. However I'll just be sticking to the green xboxes. No real comedown either, just a warm afterglow.
 
Deadly, I cant wait - been my dream to go to ibiza finally got the balls and money to do it this year. Me and two other boys heading out 11-14 sept.
We are defo going to space on the night we arrive arrive for richy hawtin, not to sure on the next two nights FRI/ SAT ? Anyone recommend where would we good the next two days would be awesome ... weve only got three nights so want to make it a trip to remember.
Also looking for advice - I used to be into disco biscuits a lot when I was younger, its been around ten years since Ive been proper fooked on pills. The boys reckon mdma is the way forward compared to pills - just looking for some advice on how much to pay? / take? planning on starting the chemical consumption around 1/2 keep going till 8 ish?
Anyway any advice would be much appreciated....10 days and we;ll be there...
 
Was it busier in people than earlier in seasom? Seems like it from what I read..how were the clubs?

Haven't been to Ibiza the last couple of years so not been to Richie Hawtin's night but heard nothing but good reports, class lineup as well. Marco Carola is playing at Amnesia on the Friday night, definitely worth checking out, Amnesia is a brilliant club. Saturday - Zoo Project could be a good shout, not really big name DJs but a quality venue, house and techno, some good outdoors daytime partying :D
 
Thanks scampi- we we were thinking mk @ pacha on fri or sankeys and Ushuaia on sat - any thoughts any one ?
 
Every single person on the island seems to be in love with these Yellow Rolls Royce pills, but I haven't tried them so I can't vouch for their quality. There is also some red pills going around that a lot of people seem to like. The two red presses I've heard of are the Red Supermans and Red Rolling Stones. The rolling stone pills aren't that magical appearantly.

Blue Ghosts are also going strong. My favourite though are the Green Xboxes. I had them again and they hit me much harder this time. Felt like the first time all over again. Pure heaven for 3 hours, I loved and felt loved by everyone. The euphoria was incredible, so fucking intense. My jaw was all over the place but in a good way. Pure fucking euphoria!!!!! The Gold Bars have absolutely nothing on these pills.

Words cannot describe how much I love these pills. They feel like they're from heaven. There's quite a bit doing the rounds as well.
 
Can't wait to get out now! Will be looking for the Xboxs. There is Red Nintendo 2.0's on the island too according to a friend, he rates them highly. What part of the island where you staying in Chojek?
 
Anyone had a pinkish red conical/domed type pill? No logo. Got it from a usually reliable source in pdb (yes him) but never heard of them before. Swift response would be appreciated as am about to go to amnesia and would like to know if I need to have my travel insurance co. on speed dial!
 
Got back yesterday. 1st time user, stag do, a group of us, only me going to give em a try one night.

Went to a popular sport related bar in the bay, then bought an "xbox" outside.

Got offered Ketamine and MDMA, when I asked what it was called he said xbox so went with that for 10 euros - was a bit pissed at the time so didn't have a good look at the tablet.
Very sour tasting, like a car battery taste? Sorta like Coccaine (I think...?)
Kicked in pretty quick. FUCK ME these are strong, everything flowing and SMOOTH, feels awesome!!! Can't stop touching everything, very difficult to stay steady, probably didn't help being a little pissed as well - would this be good for clubbing? Lots of energy but not sure.
Thankfully had 2 of the stag looking after me - we only went on to one other place - can't stop starring at a plastic ostrich on the bar in a pub/club a few doors down, don't remember a great deal, only bits - everything flowing, hugging signs and trees, a group of attractive ladies saying "this is just a dream and waving etc" (Thanks boys) walking out in the road and doing exercises? Then back at the hotel leopard crawling everywhere and jumping over fences, then didn't want to sleep in a bed so slept in the room cupboard which had a safe in it? And can't stop grinding my teeth? Ooh on a downer now, apparently wouldn't stop talking and saying some pretty stupid things like "does my mate shag his misses up the arse" & "Have you ever thought about killing yourself" etc one sided rambling for probably an hour - will try and get some sleep. Fucking hell it's 7 o clock and I still can't sleep, going to go to the room the other guys in the group were staying at and will have a chat with them. Still cannot stop grinding my teeth. Wanted to show them Yoga poses? Slept on their balcony for a bit, try and watch the sunrise - zzz Wake up to being hungover and on a comedown - everythings going really slow now - bodies senses take nearly all day to catch up - feel like an old person? But did manage to plow through, not much much of an appetite, rest of the stag help. Fuck me some embarrassing phone videos the next day!

So to summarise: A good laugh, but although I was loving it, it could have been pretty bad & dangerous without some good guys around me (keeping me safe, buying me water constantly etc). Half would have been plenty unless your a regular user IMO. And make sure your mates are prepared to help out!

Oh and Avicii at Ushuaia and Duke Dumont at Sankys was awesome

^ haha , thinking of going last minute thing on 16th, when does the closing parties actually finish?
