Anyone around the west midlands be careful, the 10 bags I scored at 5pm are so different. Some are pure bash and others are heroin that's so strong I projection vomited right away and was half way to having a nod after two lines
If I'd have done a I.V. with it I would have gone over right away.

Do ya think the super-strong stuff is that potent due to high purity or cos of some kinda cut which potentiates it (like nitazenes or similar)?

I have little clue regarding the heroin scene but it seems unlikely that it's super-high purity - or does that kinda quality still turn up sometimes?

Just got back from scoring and got 20, it's so strong I am itching from 4 lines.
The taste is odd, the potency is due to some RC opiate in my opinion as it tastes weird and you feel it as you hold the smoke in!!!!

It appears that dubious on-line vendors are selling nitazenes. As per the brief appearance of fentanyl analogues a decade ago, it appears that online vendors in the Baltic nations are responsible.

It's being sold in grams via Telegram but from reports, the material isn't pure AND traces of synthetic CB1 ligands and other classes of RC were discovered in samples.

So nobody knows just how pure a given sample will be and given the potency of the nitazenes, without specialist mixing equipment, it's not possible to reliably dose the stuff.

But it's evidently not high-level H dealers doing this but rather an intermediate level dealer. I notice that H dealers caught with nitazene-laced product are being handed particularly long sentences.

Quite a sensible idea. Essentially treating it as a class A+ drug.

Im stuck with a batch right now Im trying to figure a way to make it usable. It was sold as pure "fent" a dealer was using to add to lesser products to make it "hit." I think something was done wrong bc it severely burns and destroys veins. I don't know if that is a result of the nitazene or not.
The xylazine batches I get are noticeably different in the high but I didnt have enough nitazene tests to test everything. So I tested the one I needed to know what's in it and the rest of what I suspected was what.
Anyways the xylazine and its similar friends when IV always hits like 20-20 seconds later after H and Fent. It comes in waves and makes me much more lazy. I don't like that bc I have things I need to do, like work. It heavily slows brain activity like a disassosative and I find myself mixing up my thoughts, confusing ideas and often forgetting what I was talking about mid-sentence. Im not a fan. I bang it with meth 90% of the time and still all this. I cant verify if nitazene has similar effects at the moment until I test other stuff or try to use the one confirmed batch.

I've had NHS Fent given I.V. (250 mcg) & you know about it very quickly, if you shot Pure xylazine the same goes.

Really? Wow - I was given 250ug before surgery and it did NOTHING. In the end the anaesthetist gave me a second dose. Still nothing.

I hadn't touched an opioid for more than a decade so tolerance wasn't likely the issue.

Thankfully the propofol and whatever inhalational agent used certainly did work.

However - the morphine given after did not. In the end I was given dihydrocodeine and that did. Funny how some people appear to lack whatever receptor domain some opioids require.

I was given 250ug before surgery and it did NOTHING.

I was given 250 mcg Post Surgery, it was then topped up right away with 60mg of Oral Morphine as I made a noise like a Cow giving birth when the Pain hit me.

Funny how some people appear to lack whatever receptor domain some opioids require.

Working on a Theory I have I have to ask here, you ever tried DXM? I am on about Pre DXM here not drinking the shit in a bottle you get from Boots.

The downside of remifentanil is it's extreme brief duration of action. I believe it's normally only used for balanced anasthesia.

But it's LogP and Low MW would serve to make an aersosol forms easier to produce.

I was under the impression that nobody conclusively found precicely what was in Kolokol-1 (the agent used).

The tert-butyl ester of remifentanil is a LOT more potent, only has a slightly higher MW and may have fooled us - who is to say what Russian researchers get up to. They seem skilled at concealing the precise chemicals they use.

We made our shots n.i.went.first.cuz I always wake up quickly being on methadone since 2016... But totototititifuckinglly off that opiate poison aka H,.had a bout 12. Relapses since it happened,.many were attempting to go be with her but I need to literally eat 30mg Xanax n then shoot up.fent.n h to have any chance of getting thru all that 'done

I'm now at 7mg/day and the cravings have actually subsided a bit. But they are still present.

It all seems piss weak (Less than 10%, maybe even 5% H) and cut with xylazine which is fucking awful.
