Nah fent would show up as plain opiates on a test , but itd leave the system quite fast so could've been a mix of both but just the benzos in your system. I didnt think benzos were smokable but if thats all you've used it shows that they are, to the point of showing up on a drugtest at least

How long did* the semi-opiate buzz last? Fent last 30-40 mins i think with a sedating after effect

To anyone on subutex/suboxone, i'm on 12mg a day but i really need a stress relief blowout, how long approx do i need to leave it after taking them before using gear would have a worthwhile effect approx?

Fuck. i'm still on daily pickup cause my workers been off for ages, i'll give it a shto at the weekend but i got a feeling i'm in for a letdown :(

On a HR note, if i use and dont feel it cause its blocked by the subs do i still get the depressant effect as much? So i'm likely to OD before feeling owt? Or does the subs block the opiate effect completely incl resp depression etc.
 
CK...depends how long you been on it as well, 3 days at least mate but if you have been on them a while then....wow it's gonna be a while, that's what I found anyway.

I did know the answer to that last question but for HR sake I can't answer 100% so sorry.

But yeah, your gear will be a let down for sure, if you're on dailys, just get a nice little stash going and hit the gear when you can't bare the withdrawals any longer, no point in doing it before is there? The relief will be epic, but you will also get a rush which probably won't happen after 2 days of no subs.

It's a dangerous game though mate...you probably know where it could lead, you're on subs for a reason yeah? So fucking boring though aren't they!!!

ALSO I'm convinved no one needs to be on that amount of subs, I have been on 32 and that's only because at the beginning I wanted to get high off my script, yeah that lasted all of a few days...then your stuck with a monster taper :\

Cheers backroll:) thinking on it it must block the cns depressant effect aswel or people on subs would be dropping like flies trying to catch a buzz. Aye i'll get them to write my next script tomorrow and try get them to do pickup twice weekly, going dailys driving me mad
and very true its this kind of thinking that got me here in the first place but i'm sure you know tht longing for a nice gouch, especially when you haven't had any for a while (7 weeks, as long as i've been on em.. which isnt v long at all but still)
&you're bang on they are just kinda boring.. on the plus side they make me feel completely normal so if i can just get over the whole needing gear be feel 'right' i'd be sorted

on topic: still apparently good gear up in leeds last i heard
 
From my experience in Bristol with subs three clean piss test in a row, a piss test being every 2 weeks and I was on weekly pick up. I will say this my 'drugs nurse' was sound cus I'm young was 21 at the time and had no 'previous'

Hope you get twice weekly. :-)

thing is that it is not just the 'blocking' effect you are gonna have to try to defeat
it actually makes you start withdrawals really hard-like you will feel like you would rather just OD and die until you smoke past that bit
 
Aint that if you take the suboxone after an opiate, not the other way around? Experienced precipitated withdrawals before with naloxone, and mildly when i first went on to the subbys, but from what iv heard when you use on subs it just has less of an effect, then you gotta wait until the opiate leaves your system before taking your next dose or you'll get sick, but you'l be fine if you use on top of it. Correct me if i'm wrong, you'd be saving me alot of pain!

&Wcote went down today to pick up next 2 weeks script, gave a clean sample/breathalyzer but no joy for weekly cause my workers still off :(
 
Aye I remember getting to three clean piss tests but then my 'drugs nurse' was away for 6 or 8 weeks. but when he came back he said I had to start again. Wasn't his call was the GP. that really pissed me off! had to wait another 6 or 8 weeks to get on weekly pick up. if that makes sense!



Loved it when my drugs worker got my Diazepam script sorted after been on Subutex for a many months and I didn't have to go to back to daily pick up.

Hey guys, sorry if that has been covered here already, but I only found some vague information about it as most bl users are from the US and get either black tar or heroin hcl, but not freebase.

What about the nasal bioavailability of heroin freebase? I neither like like smoking nor iv'ing it, so snorting was always the way for me to go.

Now I read some threads about it and users stated that snorting freebase is rather ineffecient. What are your experiences about that, and how could I increase the nasal biovailability?

Aye they're for neuropathic pain, like a shitty version of pregabalin, ther alright a really weird high hard to describe kinda high, bit floaty trippt kinda but not overly nice, wouldnt pay for them but if i was bored and had nowt else.. I think they might slightly potentate opiates alwel

In fact fentanyl doesn't show up at all on a regular opiate drug test. It's a completely synthetic opioid and you have to use a special fentanyl testing strip for it.
 
Really? Sorry, i stand corrected :)! I was thinking more about the standard multi drug testing kits but i thought itd show up on both under 'opiates', would it not show up on any? V interesting, getting some fent soon and thats good to know, cheers Van

&Its been years since i abused gabapentin, had a few strange days on it when i was young with friends, that and weed had a nice headspace, but all in all its a pretty useless drug i think (recreationally), got some pregabs here though and even off 200-300mg i find it pretty hard to talk properly, thatuns much more fun!

this is true as in prison i was tested specifically for opiates a few times and i always passed even though I had been on fent(prescribed)for a few months.
I have slow release 3 day patches that i cut up and keep them in my mouth between the gum and the cheek
been told that this method has fastest bio availability-and that I should try not to just chew and swallow spit as was previously advised-sounds like it would be about right too
Wondering if there are other forms it comes in,ie;pills or maybe even vials?
 
I think I may have figured out how mine & my Boyfriends drug tests are both coming back positive for Benzo when we have only use heroin. (We don't take benzos) I reckon the gear is being cut with Rohypnol. I've done a bit of research on the internet and it seems that Rohypnol is smokeable. 8o

I smoked three trays last night (three €20 bags) and then I fell into the deepest sleep ever. I had three missed calls on my phone this morning. My phone was on my bedside locker, right beside where I sleep, but I never heard it ringing. I am normally a VERY light sleeper, the slightest sound normally wakes me. But after smoking that eh? "gear" last night I was dead to the world.

As I said the gear going around Dublin at the moment is a VERY strong drug. It gives a VERY strong stone, but its not a strong Heroin stone. There might be some heroin in it, but its laced with something stronger. After researching it I reckon its Rohypnol, so please be careful.

Its been so long since there was proper heroin available that I think people have forgotten what proper heroin feels like. Just coz something gets you stoned it doesn't mean that its heroin........ :(

I'm like a dig with a bone over this. ;)

Before the introduction of the transdermal fentanyl patches, it was exclusively available as an injectable formulation. It was and still is one of the most commonly used opioids in anesthesiology and emergency medicine, but as it is heavily regulated, you won't find it on the black market.

In a palliative care setting it is also used as a fast acting drug for the treatment of breakthrough pain. It comes as nasal spray (brand name instanyl), buccal lozenge (actiq) and sublingual strip (effentora). It's kind of a last resort, so it's not too commonly available.

Although it may or may not be possible to smoke ritalin, it is most definitely not a benzo but a dopamine reuptake inhibitor. So to speak ritalin is a stimulating drug, comparable to amphetamine or cocaine.


Concerning my topic: Today I prepared some heroin like I woukd for injecting and squirted small portions of the solution into my nose. Compared to snorting the plain powder the onset is considerably faster and the same amount of heroin gets you higher. I think I used a bit too much ascorbate, the liquid burnt like hell in my nostrils, but apart from that I'm very content with the results.

But I am pretty sure that Rohypnol is the culprit. Rohypnol is a benzo and it can be smoked. There is a good bit of info on the Internet about heroin being cut with Rohypnol.

Its been driving me mad to know what I've been taking. I've been buying supposed heroin, yet my drug tests are positive for benzo. People keep saying benzos can't be smoked. It was wrecking my head, so I was determined to figure it out.

Rohypnol sounds right coz the symptoms are the very same as what I get after smoking the "gear,"

I wish things would just get back to normal. I wish I could just buy good quality heroin. I do a drug test once every two weeks in my methadone clinic. My system was to use one week and not use the second week. That way I passed my drug test, so I got a weekly take away of methadone. But now because of the benzo in the gear my week on - week off gear doesn't work anymore coz benzos stay in my system for much longer. It can take up to five weeks for benzos to leave your system. They whole thing is such a mess.......
