EADD Body Modification Thread

Pretty fuckin cool innit!

Part of me really wants a small titanium cannabis leaf on my eye.... I can only see this causing problem after problem though :\

Skinning up with your eye would certainly be a recurring problem.

Fuck me so much to reply to.

i hate the swastika logo no matter what way you want to brand it

why anyone would want to get any such logo on their body is beyond me

Just because some dickhead who went on a killing spree decided to use it doesnt take away the original meaning that is still there. If people want to be ignorant thats up to them. I get a million questions a day anyway about my ears or piercings so its not a big deal for me (although I hate the question ''does it hurt''). Yeah nazi's used it and people still associate the swasi with nazism (but people as a general whole are retarded). However, how long did the nazi's use it for? Since the 30's? Buddhism, Janism and Hinduism are some of the oldest religions out there that use it and still do. You go to Asia and you will see Swasis everywhere, on temples, on statues - hell even coca cola used to use it.

Im not Nazi, I dont hate black people/jews/cripples/people who dont have blonde hair and blue eyes - im far from it but I like the sign, even the name of it interpreted means good!

And like its been said - the Nazi swasi is tilted.
Although..genital bisections all the way!

Body modification at its worse. Type 'genital bisection' into google image search to be enlightened
You gotta be really quite fucked up in the head / have a really strong fixation to want to voluntarily have one of your extremities lopped off ¬_¬

Thats not it at its worst, and no you dont have to be fucked in the head to have extreme mods. Wether its something like dying your hair or getting saline injections in your genitals or your tongue cut in two its all modifying your body. Im a strong believer in the term ''its your body do what the fuck you want to it'. Just because someone else will think your mental for doing whatever you want to your body doesnt mean you shouldnt still do it - who cares what other people think? Its not their body your branding/scarring/splitting/amputating.

Most of those extreme modifications are sick, and not the good kind of sick either. Some people must be sick in the head to have their vagina's sewn up, or their arms chopped off.

Depends on your opinion, im of the opinion that while some is more extreme its all body modification at the end of the day.

It's all body modification, but cutting your hair is an aesthetic and practical decision and does not have a negative impact on your health, while chopping off your arm is dangerous and will have a negative impact on your day to day chores for the rest of your life!

Spindizzy, you've made me want to get more pericings haha. Don't trust any piercers in Leeds i've been to before really though.

Go to Physical Poetry - my old piercer Luke works there now, hes fucking awesome.

I think he still works there anyway.

Its not dangerous if done properly, its not something that you would be able to go to someone like a piercer to get done.

Talking about this makes me want my tongue split done again now :|

If my guy doesnt get some anasthetic in soon im gunna get my tongue repierced and fucking do it myself.

Well it certainly can't be good for your long term health. A procedure like that is going to put serious stress on your body. Plus your still missing an arm at the end of the day.

He's definitely the best, and always good banter. I seem to remember him saying he didn't use numbing agents last time I went and I'm really not one of those people who enjoys the pain haha.

Im all for doing what you want to your body.

Loads of people would think ear stretchings, sceptum peircings and a multitude of other body modifications would make you crazy and I dont believe this. I'm personally a fan of lobe stretchings and certain peircings (not that I want them myself) but theres a MASSIVE difference between doing something like splitting your tounge (leaving it looking alot different but still functional and there) and chopping your fucking HAND OFF!

Seriously. I understand that people find stuff asthetically pleasing but the lack of a hand degrades your quality of life for fucks sake. Think of all the poor bastards that have lost a hand to their carreer or a freak accident, I bet they would jump at the chance to slap the idiocy out of people that want voluntary amputations.

Even stuff like head splitting is possibly slightly understandable. Whipping off your own hand is not.

Everyones got their own reasons though, and cutting a limb off - while I wouldnt do it personally i spose some people have reasons and it wont be ''cause i fancied it''

Lukes fucking mint, he done his first nape piercing on me, havent seen him for years like - hows he doing?

No he doesnt use numbing, and no good piercer will - its not like it hurts that bad and its only 0.1 second of pain.

I don't see why it would make someone a bad piercer tbh. I've definitely been to good piercers who do and it's my choice to have it numbed.
He seemed good last time I went but that was a while ago now. My piercing still hasn't healed properly haha.

you lose a load of sensitivity with a constantly exposed bell from what i've heard wouldnt be worth the trade off

This is true; the foreskin serves a purpose - it protects the thinner more delicate skin on the end of your penis. Once your foreskin is removed the delicate sensitive skin previously protected hardens up (bit like your feet if you walk around lots bare footed) so you get a loss of sensation from that. Also there are loads of nerve endings in your foreskin itself which once lost will result in a loss of sensation.

If you suffer from premature ejaculation then there might be benefits in getting yourself circumsized, but as far as i am concerned for a healthy male to have this procedure done (especially if done whilst too young to give consent) is only a few steps down from female circumcision.

Having said all that i'm a firm believer in adults being allowed to do anything they want to their own bodies; even stuff i don't like (just not to kids).
