I'm just quoting from an (ab)user of drugs. and 4MG put me out like a light about 15 minutes after taking it. So much so to the point where my partner picked me up and dragged me to the spare room and I questioned why I woke up in the spare room.

Dead to the world. I feel fuzzy after 1mg after five or ten minutes. If I take it daily I'll lose days as if they were pennies.
 
I've been pondering and whenever I've taken etiz and not booze too it's sent me to sleep. I've only taken diaz a couple of times, first time I ended up accessory to a crime, second time I fell asleep. No that's not right, the first time was in fact temazepam.

I dunno if it's worth me getting into benzo's properly, I abused alcohol to help with social anxiety(to the point where I felt like I couldn't see my girlfriend without a few drinks before), benzo's would probably make things a lot worse.

Deary, deary me the OP made a perfectly sensible query about benzo dosing post stim and psychedelic drug use both as a means of sleep and also as a standby in case he got into difficulties with the LSD or DOM. I didn't note any outlandish paranoi about using these substances FFS look at the list, DOM is hardly a lightweight psychedelic.

Benzos are a perfectly reasonable thing to use to get some rest at the tail end of this kind of experience, he didn't say he was looking for a magic pill to remove all the effects of coming down but a bit of sleep does do wonders. As far as them making you feel bad the next day ??? 2-3 Etiz would not make you feel bad IME, I've just got up from a good 6 hours sleep after taking 2mg of Xanax as I did Amphetamines yesterday and feel fine, much better than I would I I had stayed awake again.

Obviously some caution is required as it is easy to fall into regular usage of any Benzos or (Etiz) but the OP is not a regular user and seems to want them soley for this particular purpose.

Your comment about MDMA only being taken by 'gays' and 'teenagers' is both factually incorrect and exposes your juvenile out look, have you a problem with gay people, the gay community are often trail blazers for such substances and associated musical genres but apart from that I fail to see the point of making the statement. You use he word 'Gay' as if it were derogatory, those kind of views are not welcome here, we do not classify or judge people based on there sexual preference ...that would just be plain weird. you then go on to mention 'teenagers' good for them, taking MDMA in the right setting is a truly magical experience and one which is relatively easy for the inexperienced user to cope with and enjoy, the statement is totally incorrect though, sales of tablets and power has been on the rise for sometime, I even did some as the back end of last year and I'm no teenager.

Try and make an effort to make your posts either entertaining or informative in future, that one just made you look like an ignorant bigot

I would say try to avoid getting into using benzos if possible as it is very easy indeed to end up relying on them everyday just to leave the house.

I estimate I've taken at least 500 doses of MDMA over an 8 year period between 92and 2000

I'm currently head of product development in a large electronics payment organisation and have held similar positions for over 10 years.

Exactly what kind of brain damage are you expecting ?? I be interested in a reference to the study.....not the one with squirrel monkeys please
